The air conditioner was very loud as tho it was going out .. housekeeping knocked continuously at the door at 10:00 am to ask if I was checking out when check out time was 11 am .. I found that to not be professional as I had my alarm set for 10:30 and to have continuous knocking on the door is disturbing to me..

These people that someone who never checked me in before check me in double charge my card didn't tell me that they double charge my card and I could have used a different card then had the audacity not to give me a check out

I have been staying here for more than half a month. Overall, it is good. The room is clean and the service is good. I have stayed here many times. The hotel is easy to find, but I chose some.

Clean and easily accessible, this hotel met our needs for a clean and safe short stay as we made our way to our ultimate destination. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was hot, the room temperature was cool, and even though you can hear traffic, it was not terrible. The staff were very friendly and cordial.

Checked Out March 21 it is now April 19th & still haven’t received my $50 deposit. Other than it taking almost a month to get a deposit back the stay was good.

There is nothing redeemable about this hotel. Just save yourself the trouble and don’t stay here. The entire hotel is filthy and worn down, which is shocking because it’s brand new. It wasn’t even open yet when I made my reservation. The floor of my room had huge stains and the bathroom floor and shower were stained as well. What I thought were stains and poor craftsmanship in the shower ended up being pure grime, as I discovered when I wiped it with a rag. There was hair in the shower. The elevator floor looked even worse than my room, and the elevator doors were covered in nasty fingerprints. One of the two elevators was out of service. During checkin, the two women working the front desk were very nice, though one of them said my room number out loud which of course is not allowed. (She was quickly and quietly reprimanded by the other employee.) I also overheard them telling someone they couldn’t switch rooms because the hotel is fully booked - I imagine I wasn’t the only one disappointed. When I first arrived to my room, I was shocked to see that the door was propped wide open. That freaked me out, especially as a solo traveler. I had to go through the room and make sure nothing weird was going on. A mop cover had been folded and shoved into the top of the door to keep it open! I had to pull it down and put it in the hallway outside my room. Then I found out that the hotels don’t supply hair dryers! I don’t think I’ve ever been to a hotel, especially a brand name hotel, that doesn’t have hair dryers. I had to waste my time and money to go buy one that I’ll only need to use one time. The TV wasn’t working. The front desk had me call tech support which was useless and frustrating. I ended up fixing the TV myself - no thanks to the support, who just asked me to turn it on and off multiple times. As a longtime IHG member, this stay was horrific. I previously stayed at another Avid location, and it was nearly as bad as this. I will never stay at an Avid again, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
