The hotel located next to the beach was awesome. The front desk staff were so sweet to me and my children. The big highlight for me was Lois in the hotel restaurant. I was telling her about our terrible travel with American Airlines and that we’d be getting up at 4 to go to the airport. She gave us our dinner order and packed extra cereal and milk for my children to have in the morning. I’m 36 years old and pretty independent, but it was nice having Lois as a temp mom away from home helping me with my kids. Thank you, Lois. If someone sees this, please tell her I say thank you.

I stay here regularly for Business and I love how friendly and welcoming is. Particularly Steve and Raul. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have everything you need, including a fridge and microwave which is so handy when being away from home. The breakfast is OK, lots of choice and all very clean and covid safe but nothing fancy. There is a gym and a pool I believe but not used those facilities. Unfortunately there is no bar or restaurant for lunch or dinner, however plenty of options nearby including a wholefoods next door, target, trader Joe's and Walmart, as well as a Wendy's and shake shack. Hotel are also happy to call for take out on your behalf and there are loads of nearby options. Location is great and only a 10 min walk from Carle place train station which is a 45 min ride to Penn Station in Manhattan. I always look forward to staying in this hotel and it feels like a home from home for me.

Stayed at home wood suites and the room was very dirty when we arrived. Repairs are being done in the pool area however we received an email two weeks before our stay. I replied to the email and copied the general manager however not suki nor the general manager had the decency to reply to me. Room is dilapidated and dirty when we arrived. The dishes were not washed and the floors were dirty.ceiling has serious cracks from water damage and the furniture is very dirty. The noise from the street is unreal. The maids come into the room without knocking on the door even if you have a do not disturb sign on the door. Internet is practically non existent. For the price please forgo elsewhere this hotel administration has changed since the last time I was there really too bad.

It is quite near to JFK airport. The room was big and clean and toilet was spacious. Amenities provided are just right. Breakfast was great too! There’s waffles and cereal. A great place to stay if you are looking at transiting in NY.

The hotel service is warm, our language is not available, but through gestures and other exchanges, the stay is very smooth. The egg roll for breakfast tastes good. The room decoration is simple but very clean.

Stayed multiple times. Chinese breakfast is a feature. The room is also very big. It would be better if drinking water can be provided. You don’t have to buy it at your own expense. It’s still as convenient as ever to eat. Haidilao, Little Sheep and Xiaolongkan are all within walking distance

The best hotel I ever stayed at. They were extremely nice (cheerful and funny) staff and they were very accommodating. Especially Jessica and Annalie. They went above and beyond. I received a gift bag of goodies for my birthday and I was super touched and happy. No hotel has ever done that for me, and I’ve been to many hotels across the country.
The room was quiet and large and very comfortable. Love the bed. The amenities were great and the sushi restaurant next door was awesome.

GGuest UserI booked the Hampton Inn based on reviews and proximity to UBS Arena. I do not have any negatives regarding this property. The check in was quick. They had freshly baked cookies at the desk, which were fabulous. The room and bathroom were clean and had adequate space. It also had a small refrigerator. The room was on the first floor, but was surprisingly quiet. We did not try the breakfast, but my husband did try the coffee. They also have a variety of drinks and snacks for purchase. The hotel is within walking distance to downtown, which has numerous restaurants, and also a grocery store and pharmacy. We did not feel unsafe during this walk, which was an approximate 5 minute walk. Everyone in the hotel was extremely friendly from the front desk to the maid service. We will frequent this hotel again, if returning to Rockville Centre.

Llfs0220The location of the hotel is OK, the navigation guide will arrive at the parking lot near the train station behind the hotel, which is not the hotel's parking lot. Later, I saw it next to the gas station. The hotel offers a continental breakfast, coffee and juice bread. The air conditioning is noisy. This should be a common problem in American hotels. Overall it is not bad. Service attitude is also good. There is a Japanese restaurant opposite. It is convenient to take the train to the penn station.

GGuest UserWe checked out after one night and cancelled our other reservation with you. We came to town for a wedding and my friends who were getting married clearly didn’t visit your “hotel” before booking a room block with you. Booking the reservation was problematic. You didn’t offer them any sort of discount as an incentive when they booked the room block, which my wife and I found to be discourteous. We didn’t book online since there was no way to activate the room block discount (which as mentioned above, didn’t exist). They gave us two separate reservations, so this prolonged process of confirming two reservations took about 30 minutes, and I already regretted it. Your motel is located next to a TGIFriday’s which was a blessing since we were starving when we got there, but it was really closer to Baldwin rather than RVC and should have been advertised as such. There is no privacy or any sense of security. When we got to the parking lot, we were greeted by many people milling about and talking in the parking lot. Throughout our stay, they were there, and it made us very uncomfortable, sometimes as many as 20 people in a party just hanging out in the lot. Why would you let them do this? Our friend who was also staying with you told us that someone tried to come into her room unannounced, so after that, we decided we couldn’t trust the staff and didn’t want turn down service. The room was okay, not great. The bed mattress felt sunken in and old. The bathroom was disproportionate and missing at least a towel rack. There was a screw in the wall that used to hang something where the mirror now sat. The room was dark and dreary. The clicker was missing a battery cover and didn’t work, so no TV. The WiFi was inconsistent. When my wife said we were leaving and wouldn’t need the second reservation for the two additional nights, the guy at the front desk barely batted an eyelash. He called me two hours later to confirm that I had left. I wouldn’t come back to this motel even if it was free.
