I pulled a muscle in my back and the front desk workers made me an ice bag. They were happy, competent, and efficient. Food at the restaurant was very tasty and service was good. The hotel, looks like 1990’s courtyard. Just dated and rundown a bit. Still, staff made it worth the stay.

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location, can easily drive to Washington DC in about 30 minutes. Plenty of restaurants nearby

Great stay for fraternity conference. Hotel was amazing and clean. Food bar was a little pricey but overall good. I would recommend to others

I did not appreciate that there was no coffee/tea, just water available in the lobby!! Really, this is important after a long day of travel or flight.If we wanted anything we had to buy it at the counter/ bar. No breakfast, no comfort drinks of coffee/tea as I stated earlier. Lower level hotels seem more appealing after this experience. What is having a pot of coffee available, cost?! Not having it cost you a lot.

Lack of clear instructions on regulating temperature. There's a thermostat that didn't change anything temperature-wise, until I found a covered a/c unit where you lift the lid and set temps there. Also the desk reps made a honest mistake upon check-in... No room key. I had my bags at the room door and had to walk back to the reservation desk.
