Amazing place! Decided to stay there 3 months. Great location. Close to city center. Direct bus connection and Ubahn and metro stations are 15 mins walk away.

Lovely hotel, very clean and great ambiance in all public areas. Fantastic breakfast buffet with fresh hot and excellent cold selections. Room was a nice size, beautifully tiled bathroom, and lots of hot water. View was great too. Bed was comfortable with two fluffy pillows (only used one). Bar food was very good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful and offered a breakfast to go for our early flight departure. I did note a 2 euro price to borrow an umbrella, which seemed petty. Location is perfect, beside the river, lots of restaurants close by. Old Town is about 15 minute walk away, and Main train station 30 minutes walk or 15 minutes on # 11 bus (Ostend train station was closed but it is only 4 minute walk). Airport is other side of city, so about 30 minute car ride. Highly recommend this hotel for visitors to Frankfurt. We stayed four nights.

Location: Near the waiting and the bus station is pleasant. But the area is so itself. Apparently, it is some Turkish or Arab district, so there are residents of these nationalities, all cafes and shops - kebab and halal. To the center about 10 minutes walk (this is me about Christmas fair) Hotel: usual to stay overnight. No elevator, but the staircase is cool. Living on the 3rd floor (and starting is 0th) - clean sports )) Number: simple, nothing special. But clean and spacious. Price: in mid-December gave 5800 for two nights. A clean hotel with a good location near the station. Our room was on the 6th floor and thus we had a great view of the Skyline. The room was clean and adequately large. The station environment ok, but we were just sleeping there.

The hotel is not far from Frankfurt Hauptbanhof Train Station and the rooms are very clean and modern. lots of stores and cafes nearby. We really enjoyed staying here. I really like how spacious it is

Arrived at hotel at 07.15 am on Thursday 21st Sept after a horrendous journey only to find out I had booked the previous night. Chap on reception was fantastic, switched our booking and managed to get us rooms with no charge. Hotel is in a fantastic location, right across from main train station. Doesn't look much from outside, but rooms are great and well fitted out. Staff superb.

Best hotel ive ever stayed in. Best location you could ever ask for. Just across the platform1 of the main train station. If your train arrives at platform1 you will arrive at the hotel in 30 seconds. Super safe. Very bright room. Will always stay here.

A perfect place for a family reunion: beautiful rooms, the park, the food, the forest. You can stroll, have brunch on Sunday, relax in the shade of the trees or linger in the small beer garden. We were looking for a place where our small family, who live well spread out across the globe, could meet up again. Where we could talk, eat, enjoy ourselves, walk in the forest, relax in the park, read a book or just get out of each other's way. The proximity to Frankfurt Airport is both a blessing and a curse: there are planes all day, but it's also a short journey for family members who have to travel from other continents. The rooms: beautiful, clean, well equipped. The rooms directly behind the castle are very nice, especially numbers 201 to 206, as 207 and following are at the front, towards the main building, where the kitchen can't be missed if there's a wedding on Saturday evening. All the other rooms: perfect. And if you want even more peace and quiet: in the armoury, a beautiful, huge, solid natural stone building from ancient times, just a few minutes' walk through the forest, you will find the quietest rooms in the middle of the forest. For dog lovers: you can bring them with you. And they are well integrated: when we arrived there were two dog blankets on the floor, two ceramic feeding bowls, and we were not the only ones with dogs. The surrounding forest means you are immediately surrounded by greenery, even at night when a dog needs to go out. For non-dog lovers: the rooms of our dogless family members were spotlessly clean, no dog hair, no smell. The food was excellent. Breakfast is served in the main building and is as extensive as I have rarely seen: not just scrambled eggs and bacon, sausages and eggs, but also Kaiserschmarrn, various types of muesli and cereal, all kinds of bread, honeycomb honey, plus various really good types of tea, a samovar, and all kinds of coffee. I could have spent the day in the breakfast room. On Sunday there was a brunch: a huge buffet, not too much, but everything: fish, meat, vegetables, pasta, salads, desserts. Of really very good quality. There was also pleasant, very beautiful piano music, played live by a friendly pianist, just loud enough to be heard and quiet enough to have a good conversation. In the evening we had reserved a table on the terrace, and here too there was a wonderful meal, from salad with salt marsh lamb to veggie plates to fish or meat. Hotel, food, service, it was wonderful. Were there any less pleasant things? A few minor things: the main road behind the castle can be heard, but not very loudly (if you sit outside on the terrace). You can't hear it in the rooms. I've already mentioned the airplanes, but that didn't bother us at all. The rooms are easy to ventilate, but are not air-conditioned.

Excellent friendly and helpful checkin. Room and bathroom were a good size and very clean. Plenty of powerpoints for charging. Great location near the city centre and main train station with direct access to Frankfurt, Munich, Nuremberg Bamberg and Darmstadt. Great water pressure in the shower and good hot water. Very comfortable bed, blackout curtains and very quiet helped with a great sleep on all 3 nights I was here. No tea or coffee in the room, but it is available for free downstairs 24hrs a day. Hotel is very modern and seems new. Only drawbacks were the lack of a room safe and no shampoo or conditioner, though no place I've stayed yet on this trip in Europe have provided them either. If you want a nice hotel - this is the place. We stayed here for 6 days and we loved our stay here. The rooms are clean and modern. You have a TV with possibility to stream from your phone. It is a wardrobe and the bed is nice - I believe it is 180 cm(but not sure). The hotel is close to everything and right outside City Gallerie (the city mall). We did not have breakfast included in our stay, but this is because it is a lot of bakeries close by so we didn’t see the point for us. The receptionist that checked us in was very nice and professional (girl with tattooes). The rest of our stay we had the manager with his dog as our host and we didn’t talk alot to him - but we loved the English bulldog that was walking around in the reception. He was the cutest thing. The light in the room was fun - you can choose the color on the bed and behind the tv. One thing that did not bother us - but I can guess it can bother someone else. The bathrooms have glass walls (frosted) - so if you go on the bathroom during the night it will light up the room. The solution is just to go in the dark, it is not that hard. We had no problems with this - but I guess someone else could have a complaint about this. They do not have 24 hour reception - the doors closes at 23:00 - but you can get in with a key card. We never went in after 23 so don’t know if it works good or not - but I guess it is fine. Seems very easy. So all in all - very nice hotel and we will stay here again next time we are in Aschaffenburg!
