Motel, average in every aspect, old facilities

I would not recommend this hotel. Wifi never works. Poor customer service. My room that they gave me was not cleaned and someone took a massive dump without flushing. I changed rooms and that one was smelly.

When they service the rooms they should have a check list so they don’t forget to stock the essential items in the room. I always have to go to the front desk for items that should have been in the room already.

No bathrooms at front desk area, staff not attentive to visitors at front desk as too busy interacting in spanish with other staff, provided excuses for front desk phone not working when dialed from my room, poor-no internet service, and TV initially inoperable. Overall disappointment.

Showed up and someone was being arrested literally right outside my room. There was no soap to wash hands. I went to front desk and asked for some and they asked me to hunt down housekeeping. I didn’t realize it was my job to do that. Internet was not working and was down, and considering I needed to get work done this was huge. Of course, staff seemed aloof about this.

Only one towel in my room. And very small amount of toilet paper only the roll that was more then half gone.

This property seemed like it was under construction and not fully done. The numbers of the rooms were taped to the doors.There was a large gap under many of the doors and the heating didn't work. There was only one towel in the room. The location was convenient for food with Burger King and Taco Bell in the parking lot and a Starbucks right across the street. Parking was also very easy.

They never have enough service…I always have to ask for certain things that should have in the room already.

Use to stay here a lot but they are changing names and obviously don’t care anymore until the launch the new name. The rooms were dirty, we showed up at 7:30 PM and they had no key cards and told us to wait till 1030 and hopefully they would have some. I thought she was joking but she wasn’t! So yes, it was a joke do not stay there. My friends checked in as well, and they put them in a room with clean sheets, but the rest of the room wasn’t clean, so they had to move them to a different room. The new room had a weird smell in the next morning they woke up with the carpet, soaking wet from the rain leaking into the room

Generally clean but sweeping under the bed could be done better. Surprisingly quiet considering location next to freeway. Like convenience of nearby eating places.

I stayed there 1/25/2024. I booked 2 rooms. One for my 94yr old dad and one for myself. Our rooms had no working heaters and was told there wasn't any maintenance on site to fix it until the next day. I went to the front desk to ask for soap and was told i wasn't the only asking and that they didn't have any. There was also no washcloths, TV didnt get channels and wires exposed in room. I went to the office at 2am, called at 3am and 4:30am out of frustration. When i called at 430am i asked them to document my reaervation since i didnt sleep because it was too cold. I didnt shower because it was too cold and no soap or washclothes. i wanted a refund and to make a complaint. When i left i spoke to Shai and she promised me a call by end of day, after she spoke to management. Still waiting for that phone call. Hotel is goodnite inn outside hotel and on internet, inn at rohnert park on wall in lobby and on internet and comfort inn on another sign in lobby. Girl working at night said they were going to be quality inn soon she thought. She wasn't even sure of their name.
