Hotel the Prada

Disappointed as hotel description says it has 24 hr gym but there is no gym. Hotel is lying about its amenities

The room was terrible-dirty,with broken furniture and broken plumbing Rooms have no windows-you will feel suffocated The towels provided were dirty and the toiletry provided was used containers Staff's behaviour was unapologetically terrible-We came after travelling and checked in at around 2 am and as one of the service provided was written as late checkout on request so we asked for 1 hour late check out and staff agreed but the morning shift staff called at 11.30 and forcefully made us checkout then and there only and when we said in night staff agreed he said that other person is new and didnt knew anything i have travelled in lots of hotel i have level 3 genius on and i havent seen a hotel as terrible as this one

Excellent stay roomss wrebneat and clean t and clean i always prefer leela grande as it is the best hotel in karnal

Actually the hotel is good but service is not so good, room is not ready till check in and basic amenities like bath kit, tea kit, water etc. Are not provided. For these basic amenities i had to request hotel staff 2-3 times

The entire bathroom was broken with faucets leaking, the telephone had no instructions where to call.

I think you show some other and hotel give me another room and all were ok form my side that is all

There is two things missing. First one is there is no bucket in the bathroom and second one is no slipper.

The hotel location is very good. They will serve breakfast in the room and the food quality is good. The bar is nice and food is nice.

Nice property, they have underground parking space, tasty food, liquor shop nearby, everything perfect
