Hotel Inn Paris CDG Airport - ex Best Western Reviews

I was very impressed, staff was wonderful well mannered and VERY professional HELPFUL and welcoming . Definitely will recommend Definitely will be back in the near future

Not my best stay. The people at reception were nice and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was 4 or 5€, I don’t remember which, but it only operates at certain times. I was excited to see the bathroom had a bathtub, but the drain didn’t work (wouldn’t drain) so someone came to fix it. Then, the tub couldn’t fill up because the drain wouldn’t close completely. I was disappointed about the bathtub. They weren’t doing room service so I ordered delivery. Otherwise, the room was fine for one night, but I wouldn’t stay again.

Good room and stay for a night. Parking is not free, and did not take breakfast with my room.

This place should NOT be have airport in it's name! It might be a short bus ride away however it's NOT at the airport; thus the name is miss leading. Any time you wanted to go some where there was an extra transport cost. Breakfast was good and room was OK. The bartender was helpful with local information however others working the front desk were not even polite. For our shuttle to the train station it was anything but direct, like we were told; stopping at 3 other hotels before heading to the train station/airport. The 35 minute, milk run delay almost caused us to miss our train! Worse than that, the driver seemed to drive slower when another passenger spoke to him about the situation.

This hotel was very helpful in finding me a driver to go into Paris and printing out documents I needed for my trip. I would highly recommend them.

It is good to sleep just one night. Good shuttle bus.

The transportation is very convenient. Easy to transfer. Close to the airport. Good environment and neat feeling

I ordered the standard room according to the picture, and I gave the double bed room, but I said that I made a mistake. It says that there is a sofa, but there is no room, and it is said that I made a mistake. I don't know whether the problem lies with the hotel or the agency?

A great stay we recommend it very well received and are very kind and smiling. Nothing more to say with a delicious breakfast.😌

Although a little old, the room and service are good. The most commendable thing is that there is a Chinese restaurant nearby, which tastes very good

This hotel is convenient to go to the airport, temporarily changed the early flight. Only minutes from the airport! Can recommend!
