When you go to a 4 star hotel and towards the end of the stay you realise you never want to go back; then the hotel and staff is far from delivering on the promises. IMHO The hotel is not even close to delivering a 4 star experience: The staff does not refill toilet paper, so on the last day I was having a pretty bad experience; The staff does make sure there is no shower soap, it is empty and they seem to never bring, so I had to use my own. There is no toilet brush, even 2 star hotels do offer these things. The room is pretty basic, maybe up to a 3 star experience perhaps? There is a box of tissues in bathroom, or more correct; There is a box where there is supposed to be tissues, but this is of course not refilled... Unfresh food: The breakfast is pretty good, or it should haver been if it wasn´t for some big downsides, like cheese that seemed to have been cut the day before and left back to the plate of what should be fresh cheese ..... and really unfresh pancakes, probably lying there for several hours under heating; being non-eatable. At the price of this hotel, I don´t expect things like this. Rude staff: In the bar after an extremely long and hard workday I went to the bar and ordered two pints of beer, the waitress poured ONE beer and served it to an airline pilot and then came to me for the bill of two beers, when I refused to pay for this, she went away without a word.... I was waiting for what seemed like an eternity and when I went to reception and asked about this they refused to serve as they said the bare was now closed. I told them I had been waiting for 20 minutes and instead of helping me out the staff started to fight me to make sure I did not get what I want. I simply do. not accept this kind of attitude form people who are here to provide a nice experience and after getting seriously angry about unacceptable French attitude they at the end offered to serve two beers. The staff at Hyatt do not seem to work to provide guests the nice experience they expect. Luggage may not be safe here: On the last day we left the luggage in the locker room, where luggage is supposed to be safe, when picking up the luggage I was offered to take the luggage without the receptionists even checking my tickets. When leaving on the last day, I asked the receptionist to book hotel transfer to Paris CDG airport, she said no and refused to help with this! I had a very delightful stay in Paris, despite the experiences in Hyatt. In my humble opinion management has a serious problem here because the Hotel, Staff and Attitudes are far from living up to the standards I would expect from a hotel at this level. My one advice is to stay away from this place, at least I will not go back here.
