We were staying one night because the death of a family member. Room next to elevator so it was a little loud, floor had a couple of dips in it like it was sinking, was surprised because it’s fairly new. Very expensive for Rolla.

The hotel seems overpriced for what you get. Our room needed several repairs. The common areas are in need of repairs/ updates. I heard hallway noise in the early morning. Usually Holiday Inn Express hotels are much nicer.
