Sono stato in questo ristorante per il matrimonio di mio figlio. Abbiamo mangiato di sera, gli antipasti in giardino, fra vari tavoli con sfizi diversi e la cena seduti ai tavoli sotto gli ombrelloni. La cena è stata eccellente, grande varietà e qualità negli antipasti caldi e freddi, alcuni cotti al forno a legna all'impronta, primi e secondi scelti dal menù del ristorante, squisiti con sapori molto equilibrati, infine un buffet dei dolci da rischiare il diabete. Grande organizzazzione, tempi perfetti, attenzione al servizio e alle singole specificità di tutti i commensali (vegani, ciliaci ecc.). Infine un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo che lo rende credo unico nel panorama romano. Provare per credere.

Ottima esperienza. In un posto incantevole e situato a Roma, ma che non sembra di essere a Roma, il Countryhouse ci ha stupito per il suo ambiente particolare e stravagante. Fuori dai soliti posti ormai sempre uguali, finalmente un luogo dove la pace e l’eleganza si uniscono. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

It is now the third ceremony that we have celebrated at BoMa/532 and all three times it has been perfect service. The guys in the room are young and professional, excellently coordinated and orchestrated by Stefano; chapter aside the food which is unlikely to be so well looked after and well cooked..... truly compliments to the kitchen team.
