Petit hôtel de 11 chambres dans un joli jardin Le personnel est souriant et très disponible Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner est monstrueux, varié, copieux et avec des ingrédients de qualité. Second time in Rome I stayed for three days and here is my experience: What I liked: 1. Expensive purely residential area, quiet, away from tourist crowds, hilly and green ( Close to Villa Borghese) 2. Accommodation in a beautiful multistorey private villa with beautiful garden 3. Excellent hosts particularly Serena & Laura. Serena offered me a drink when I arrived and Laura arranged the airport taxi and a coffee 4. Super buffet breakfast ( quality and presentation) . One of the three days they offered my an omelette from the kitchen. 5. Room borderline spacious/just right. What I didnt like: 1.I believe I've been given the least privilage room which was No.10 at the semibasement facing the road side. 2.I've mentioned to the reception the reasons I felt like this and I substantiated my complain indicating the pictures in my booking. In the booking it has pictures from all rooms not from a particular room and I could see that there were more privilaged rooms with better decoration and better layout. 3. The reception advised me that I should request a better room in the booking prior to my arrival. 4. Bus 982 that is the only public transport connects accomodation with city centre is not reliable - never arrived whenever I needed it. 5. I love walking but be prepared to walk more than 2KM to reach Piazza Del Popolo or have a hefty amount of money to pay the Ubers. I'd defintely stayed again in this hotel if given a better room. Also, there is no lift so you have to carry your luggage ascending/descending the staircases

Excellent hotel that we recommend! Quiet and very green place, next to Villa Borghese. A good half hour walk from Piazza del Popolo. Taxi station right opposite and not too expensive taxis. The hotel, with garden and terrace 🤩, is an Italian-style villa. Gorgeous. Excellent breakfast, large choice, white napkins and tablecloths,… 👌 Very welcoming and attentive staff. Very comfortable room and bedding. Nice bathroom. Downside: very small shower

Small hotel but great services! Located in a quiet area, a little outside the center of Rome, 10 minutes walk from Piazza del popolo. Access to a terrace in the garden, which in Rome is very rare. Possibility to have the magnificent breakfast outside. Italian breakfast where everything is homemade. White tablecloths and napkins, luxury crockery, efficient and very friendly service, all for a very reasonable price. The mistress of the place, Lara, does everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. To recommend without hesitation, very very good address!
