The hotel is located in a very central location, on the fourth floor of a historic building. The hotel is small, only about 5-6 rooms, but the security is good and the staff is very friendly (helped us a lot). Each room has an independent balcony, immersing yourself in Rome.
In addition, there is a luxury shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient to go anywhere. You can go back on foot after having a good meal in the evening! If you want to feel the Roman style, the hotel is a good choice.

The hotel was excellent! The location was great. It was in the center of all of the attractions, yet tucked away and quiet. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and delivered to your door. The best thing about this hotel though, is the staff! They were so friendly and accommodating. We loved it and will stay again if we ever come back to Rome.

We spent four nights at this place in september 2024 and paid around 370 Euro/night for 1 room (direct booking including breakfast). Pros: - good location to reach the main sights and lovely restaurant/ bars in walking distance - No traffic noise - historic building with nice wooden ceiling visible in room no 213 ( room wirh decent grey design) - comfortable mattress - very friendly check-in staff Cons: - really disappointing breakfast with very limited selection, e.g. no tasty fresh bread, instead: industrial bread rolls out of the freezer with no crust (even running out before official breakfast time is over!) or toast; one sort of industrial cheese in slides, overcooked and therefore discoloured hard boiled eggs… no other egg dishes available, average cafe and low quality orange juice -＞ I wouldn‘t pay for this experience a second time - poorly soundproofed rooms (in particular very noisy wooden floors in the hallways) - shower leaks on the floor - Samsung smart tv features are blocked, therefore no sign in to streaming apps possible (e.g. netflix, prime or sky) - room service was not able to clean the room in the morning despite request sign hanging at the door (we left the room before 7 a.m. and came back after 2 p.m.)

The staff at this quaint hotel made our stay comfortable and stress free. I had a hard time making reservations at a restaurant that I could not reach by phone and they were more than happy to do it for me.

When we arrived we were bit confused with elevator, didnt notice it at first and thought we had to walk up stairs with luggage. It is small but once found did the job. Loved location so close to everything, could just walk and see the great sites of Rome. The room was very small but modern and clean. Nice breakfast in morning. Learned how to use the door codes through our phone. Really enjoyed our couple of nights. Helpful check in staff as well.

Selected this hotel because of the location. Right in the middle of things, easy walking distance to the major attractions in the area. The rooms are on the small size but I guess that is the price you need to pay if you want to stay at one of Rome's old buildings.

This hotel is absolutely charming. The room was beautiful, the amenities outstanding, and the terrace stunning! Anita (?) who managed the desk when we arrived was so helpful, directed us to many interesting sights, and to an excellent pizzeria and gelateria. Wish we were staying there longer! I highly recommend!
