1. The reception at the hotel gate is ***. When the guests arrive, several people are still chatting. The service is superficial, which gives the guests a bad first impression.
2. The breakfast is outrageous. There was a nearly 20-minute work meeting next to the guests. It is hard to imagine that this is a luxury hotel. The food is also perfunctory and not delicious. It can't be compared with other hotels.
