There was no coffee in the room only kettle when I asked for it
They said only provide tea
Only room with coffee machine you need to pat £20

It was very close to Rome Termini Station and the accommodation was clean. The staff are friendly. Please rest comfortably before leaving. thank you

This is more like a 2 star hotel. The tv didnt work, the bathroom was dirty. The sink acted up. The door did not close and elevator had response issues. Plus the breakfast was just wrapped snacks not real breakfast. They also had construction going which was annoying. They also did not refill everything in the rooms like soap. The only positive is the workers were nice.

We were moved from our original room after we complained about the dirty room vent. The Manager apologised and upgraded us to a higher class of room. Basically this hotel is still being built and in no way is a 4 star. In our room there were paint splashes on the window frames and a broken floor tile near the balcony door. The bathroom had a footprint in the plaster of the floor. On the balcony there were no chairs but a concrete planter with a dead plant in it and several cigarette buts. There are no facilities for breakfast but a room was assigned for coffee and prepackaged food items. This room was in the basement. The attention to detail you expect from a 4 star hotel was sadly lacking.
The staff were responsive to my comments but basically we were staying in a building site.
