The service is rly nice! Had some issues with the checkin system at the beginning, but the lady who took care of my case was very friendly and professional. She truly is the gem. Also need to mention the breakfast buffet, the coffee was simply amazing (unfortunately couldn’t have it for the second day due to gut problem), and the staff there also very lovely. I would say well done to the team, y’all absolutely made my trip!

The room was small and two suitcases could not be opened; the service attitude was average. The couple's double room was not allowed to check in together because one person's name was omitted. Fortunately, we booked two rooms and the children did not go.

The room is nice, but Chinese people should not come. I was discriminated against by some service staff. I asked a makeup artist to enter the room to do my makeup, but they blocked me for various reasons. They said I had to open a new room before the makeup artist could enter. My makeup artist has been in Italy and France for ten years. He has been to countless high-end and low-end hotels to do makeup. Only this one was so targeted. When we were going to add another room and wanted Ctrip to negotiate, his attitude was particularly bad. He said he was very busy and needed to check in immediately. And the immediate check-in would only count as last night's room, and we had to check out before 11 o'clock today. If we didn't check in now, he would chase the makeup artist away. He said that the law stipulates that only two people can be in the room, even though we made it clear that we would leave after two hours of makeup and my boyfriend could go out and not stay in the room, but he refused. This attitude was so disgusting that I wanted to change hotels. I wanted Ctrip to help report it, but Ctrip couldn't do it. I could only suffer in silence. After changing shifts at 11 o'clock, another waiter said that I could go in to do my makeup, but it was no use. So the service staff at the beginning were difficult and had a very serious tendency of racial discrimination. Everyone should avoid it. Don't make a decision.

Not bad. The hotel is in an excellent location, with convenient transportation and close to many tourist attractions. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the service is attentive. The room is clean and comfortable with complete facilities. High cost performance, highly recommended to friends who plan to travel.
