The hotel is really disappointing. Location is good and convenient. Walking distance to a few scenery points. However，cannot imagine such a high star hotel has security issue that on the first day we found our suitcase zip moved off and password changed to a different number. The room is not tidy and facility just so so... not worth the cost.

Central area, close to the historic park, a large green space + museum. The service is good, but the facilities are a bit old. The top floor loft is a bit depressing because it is on a slope. There is a free hot spring bath, which needs to be booked in advance, but it is only warm water.

Fortunately, we only stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, so we could only solve this problem by laying towels on the floor. Mini bars also charge a fee, and the fees are relatively reasonable.
