Definitely doesn’t worth money. The floor was dirty, the cleaning was not appropriate (for ex.: long hair on the bed sheet and in the bathroom). Also there was a mold in the bathroom, the curtains were damaged, the lamp cover was dirty. Ventilation was too loud to sleep with, thanks god we could open the window. Rude and arrogant reception, smell of tobacco on the floor, noise from the nearest room (between us and the nearest room was only the connecting door). Good point is there is the bus stop to the metro station near the hotel. It takes ~30 min to get to metro from there.

Amazing and easy check in. Room was clean and spacious. Price was affordable and reasonable. Would definitely come back if we visit Rome again. Great location and free parking out the front.

Very very bad experience!!!! air conditioning doesn’t work the carpet smells very bad and the bed are horrible not comfortable at all. We could not sleep all night even breakfast not too good. When we went to reception, they get upset probably they don’t like foreigners.

The room is spacious and fully equipped. The hotel lobby is stylish and the exterior scenery is very good. Free airport transfers are also provided. This is rare in Rome. Carrefour supermarket is within 1 km walk nearby, where you can buy things to take back home.

The reservation included a junior suite with a double bed and a sofa bed being adults and two children aged 7 and 9 who by regulation would have slept for free in the beds already present. the hotel let me find a suite with only one double bed and no sofa bed. Saying that the mistake was made by the agency and not by them. The reception staff was very rude and arrogant reproaching that this happens when you book with the agency and not directly with them, furthermore from 11.00pm that we arrived at the hotel we only managed to get into a rather shabby room at 00.30am. Finally, an event that left me very perplexed, which makes me think that the level of attention to cleanliness they have is not the best, when they changed our room they asked us if we had dirty the first room and if they had to clean it. It should be mandatory when a stranger enters a room. Instead, I thank the Service staff who in the evening/night were very polite and helpful in solving the problem. The room staff who welcomed our needs during the breakfast which is varied and plentiful As for the room that was subsequently assigned to us, the bathroom was a bit run down with mold spots around the tub / shower.
