The location is very good. It is convenient to walk to various attractions. The breakfast is excellent. The balcony is very comfortable. The room is a bit small and the design is not very attractive. The service is very good, warm and humorous. The view from the bar is very good.

From the moment we stepped out of the car until the moment we left, we were treated like special guests. The rooms were well appointed, very clean and fresh. The Irene Forte bath products were wonderful. The location is at the top of the Spanish Steps. We were able to walk to all the top sites. If you are heading to Rome, be sure to check out this lovely hotel.

Siamo tornati al de la Ville dopo la visita estiva per stare nella capitale 24h ed è stata un esperienza più che eccezionale, una notte da sogno nel comfort più assoluto. La nostra stanza al 7mo piano si esponeva su di una stupenda vista della corte interna ed aveva ogni tipo di coccola possibile, una bella bottiglia di benvenuto, un frigo ben fornito e tutti i prodotti della linea Irene Forte per il bagno. Che tra l'altro disponeva sia di doccia che di una lussuosa vasca. Aperitivo e cena in terrazza sono stati eccellenti ma una citazione importante la merita anche la colazione giù al Mosaico. Tutto era di ottima fattura e di qualità, complimenti alla cucina e al bar. Ultima menzione che considero la più importante, lo Staff ci ha riservato sempre un sorriso cordiale e attenzioni per tutto il nostro soggiorno nella struttura. Se volete un luogo dove stare bene, questo è il vostro posto.

Our aperitivo at the Cielo bar was great! The service was exceptional and the views were fantastic. The food and drinks were thoroughly made and served. It was an amazing experience that definitely highlighted our visit to Rome! I would recommend spending one afternoon there!

Service was impeccable. Warm hospitality every department. True Italian food and great ambiance in the restaurants. Rooms beautiful all kudos to interior designer. Location the best. Probably best hotel in Italy I’ve stayed. Can’t wait to return.

Me and my friend visited the Cielo terrace bar at Hotel de la Ville. The view of the entire city was magical. We ordered 4 different cocktails and each was unique!! The food we tried was amazing, full of italian flavors. The atmosphere was unforgettable and the service excels and everyone was welcoming and gave us great recommendations on what to order. Definitely worth to visit when in Rome!

Wow stayed at the hotel from 5th to 12th September as part of a special holiday for our wedding anniversary. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The hotel is beautiful with a wonderful roof terrace bar and seperate restaurant [with another bar and restaurant on other floors]. Th room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The staff are amazing - cannot do enough for you. From our initial check in [Eliza was a star] to the luggage guy [Franciose was so helpful] everyone made our stay very special.

We are RF fans. However, we stayed at two of his establishments. We are in the business, not direct competitors but he’s slipping. Italy has become too bling. His hotels have followed moving away from his father’s old fashioned principles. It’s excessively expensive v quality. €50 plus for a club sandwich plus a beer. Staff grabby for a tip and when given if not enough ouch! Hey. Can’t even sit on the Spanish steps. A trip back to the Russie demonstrated the difference Step back
