This hotel cannot have four stars. The room was furnished as simply as possible, there was mold in the bathtub in the bathroom. We had only two paper cups available in the room (this can be in the motel), which were not changed even once during our 4-day stay. There wasn't even enough toilet paper in the room, and the hotel staff knew about everything and went to the room every day. The breakfast was good, except for the coffee from the machine - hotel coffee is known for its poor quality, but what they offered their clients in this hotel was worse than the coffee from the machine at the nearby metro station. I definitely do not recommend this hotel, the services and facilities of the hotel are at the level of 2-3 stars. In the context of these experiences, the price of more than €700/2 persons/3 nights is absurd. Never ever.

They use wrong room photos that not match real ones. I’ve chose the room with jacuzzi on balcony, but didn’t get, because those rooms was booked and my was without because of their mistake and they don’t want to solve it. This is not Mercury hotel or Accor ones, service about zero.

This is not our first time staying at this hotel. The location is a bit far from the center, but that's its advantage. We spent part of our vacation in a standard room, since the price was terrible, it certainly differs from comfort. Breakfast is ok, but the eggs are always cold, that's some kind of trouble with this hotel. There is a restaurant for local San Marino nearby, there are 2 of them, don't mix them up, you need one where nice old men work, the price-quality is great.

I really liked the hotel, amazing breakfasts, delicious, from yogurt to hot, fruits in addition to simple apples, pears and tangerines - melon, pineapple, kiwi. Everything is very tasty, the service is excellent - we asked to open a bottle from the store, in addition to what was opened, they gave us a bucket of ice in the room. The room is clean, nice! The area is beautiful, we wandered almost everywhere on foot. Thank you, we liked everything very much!!!

It's in the middle of a residential area and has a quiet atmosphere. There are several supermarkets within a 5-minute walk, and the metro is within 10 minutes. There was a refrigerator and water in the room.

The picture does not match the actual situation. There is no main entrance. Enter through the restaurant door. There were no napkins, the toilet was dirty, heavily scaled, and smelled bad. The equipment in the shower room was broken and it was strange to be given disposable bath towels. Everything is not worth it, definitely not Mercure!

Very dissatisfied! My original one-night extension was confirmed by Ctrip, but was canceled by the front desk! We paid the room rate that others paid, and we could have paid more, but the hotel still asked us to check out, leaving the foreigners to stay in the hotel, wasting a whole day of arguing and wasting a whole day's travel. In the end, Ctrip customer service asked us to check out! A very unpleasant day! Do not recommend this hotel!
