The reception was great but the room was a very tiny for 3 persons. Bathroom also was small and the sink very uncomfortable, also from shower when the close the doors of shower was anyway somehow running out of water. The bad also sliding down which was for one person. I liked the location which close to colosseum and also very close to station Termini

The location is quite concenient: there are highly-rated restaurant and ice cream parlor downstairs. The front desk service is also warm and attentive. (And he showed some Chinese sentences to me and speaked really well.)
The room is small (10 m*m) but warm and clean. There is also a small refrigerator with two bottles of water as welcome. The only issue is that the soundproofing of the room door is not very good.

It's close to the center of Rome, so it's a good place to go on foot, and it's a special structure with a little terrace space. It was good to leave luggage after check-in and move around.

We had requested a balcony (the one reason we picked this hotel) and were given what I’m sure was the smallest room in the place instead.
We had asked to move and the front desk said they were booked. We saw probably only 4 other people come in and out of there during the entire stay and even in the “booked room” boxes (they had papers in the ones you could visibly see of booked rooms) they weren’t full.
It also was super noisy with trash coming very early every morning as it was at a crossroads .

The staff are incredibly accommodating and the location is ideal for anyone wanting to explore Rome as it is about a 5 minute walk to the station and has multiple bus stops surrounding it. Absolutely brilliant for anyone looking to stay here :)
