We stayed in a triple room for a weekend. Excellent location of the structure, as it is located just a few meters (approximately 10) from the metro which allows you to travel around the city efficiently. The room was found very clean and equipped with basic comforts. Giordano, the owner, proved to be available by providing us with the necessary information to check in even late in the evening. Highly recommended

the property is located in a less touristy area so it's nice and quiet, and definitely great for eating at local restaurants. It's also walking distance to Vatican museum so we were able to get there early to line up for tickets. We booked a quadruple room which has a fridge. The only downside is that the bathroom and shower stall is b it tight.

Great service, great host, great location. Loved the rooms with the AC and private bathroom. The location is just 2 mins from the metro station and is surrounded by supermarkets (including a 24/7), and great bakeries and charcuterie. The host was incredible. He accommodated us leaving us bags there for another 12 hours as we were taking the night train the day of our check out, which was very generous.

Very clean room, helpful host, not very large for 4 people. Small bathroom, but in a great location. Very close to the Cipro metro stop. And at the terminus of bus 492. Quiet and safe area, well served with everything (supermarkets, bars, trattorias, pharmacies and above all public transport). I recommend it and certainly if I return to Rome I will look for a room.
