Not recommended. Quite dangerous area. Try to avoid. Very small bed. Only a small room in an apartment. Get in to apartment is different and complicated. 9:20am cleaning lady knock my door violently talked so loud. Because check out time is 10am. It was a nightmare experience.

The room had some issue about leakage however the host is willing to help and solve the issue. Tho they don't have lobby but they have store to storage the luggage, which was quite easy. The location is really nice.

It's not bad. It's 50 meters away from the train station. The room is warm and it's very close to the scenic spots. You can store your luggage in the motorcycle rental shop opened by the boss. It's about 600 meters on foot.

不是酒店，像合租房，感覺不安全，沒有前台，得按郵件提示自己找，不熟悉的慎訂

The room is very clean, location is extremely convenient to reach most of historical sight attractions! One minute reach the bus number 70 which route to Vantican museum,2 minutes reach the termini station

Clean but small. Still, it was very comfortable. Ideally situated close to the train terminal. Good places to eat are near by.

This is a great place to stay in Rome! Great location walkable to all tourist areas. The room was clean and well maintained, with an easy self check in process. Price is reasonable and felt safe for solo travellers!

property very convenient to the Rome Termini. Lots of graffiti outside and some sketchy characters hanging around outside. The entrance security seemed good. The lobby was very dark but the room was nicely renovated.

Excellent location steps from Termini, but also walkable to many other areas and sights. Easy, self-serve access and a very lovely and comfortable room.

We stayed for one night after a cruise. We loved our stay at Roma Vespahouse, communication was great and the self-checking instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The room was very nice and clean and supplied very nicely, loved the rain shower! The location was super convenient to the Termini Station and restaurants. Will definitely look into staying here next time we’re in Rome!

Vespahouse is in the perfect location for those visiting Rome. It is a block away from the Roma Termini train station, also the airport buses, also the Big Bus Hop On/Off stop. Just a great location when you don't have a car. My code for self check in did not work, but the owners were very responsive and there within 1-2 minutes to let me in. The room was clean and spacious for hubby and I. The only thing missing was KLEENEX/TISSUES! Otherwise I definitely recommend this location. Amy from USA :-)

Antonella went out of her way to ensure we were able to check in, which is a self check in process. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed. The guest house is very well located for people arriving or departing from Termini station and needing somewhere to stay before or after a journey. I'm not sure I'd stay for an extended period as, while a metro stop is close by, most sites are not within a reasonable walking distance.
