We reserved at Nerva Accomodation Carvour and we were moved to Nerva Accomodation, a different building.

Clean rooms, excellent services and good location, close to bus stops and metro station. We were allocated to the newest properties which are quite new. Morden properties. We were also offered complimentary breakfast and snacks which are surprisingly good for the price. Definitely recommend if you would like to have a budget hotel to stay few days in Rome

Great deal if you don’t want to spend a lot of money on hotels. Nerva is a mix of hotel, airbnb, and hostel. They take a floor in a building and transform into hotel. They have this central kitchen with fridge, coffee machine, and they offer you free of charge a small breakfast. The hotel is in front of a metro station. Positive: good bed, cleanliness, air conditioning, location (central point in Rome), staff (Barbara and all the other ladies) Could improve: pillow, shower cabin (we wet the whole bathroom each bath), coffee machine (broken). To pay attention: some rooms can be noisy because of the streets (not a big deal for us), double check your door because is it’s key code and sometimes it doesn’t lock properly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had two twin beds, the room is big enough and clean. Hotel is close to all attractions, metro station and Rome terminal.

Great location and the amenities/ services were amazing.

The hotel doesn’t look at all like the in the pictures. The hotel is very small and dated. But what was really shocking is the room - it looked like they closed a balcony with a thin cascade walls, meaning we could hear very clearly what’s happening in the corridor and in the adjacent rooms. Luckily there wasn’t a lot of noise. The draining in the shower was terrible. We needed to pause the shower so the water could fully drain. The staff were fine, and the room was cleaned. But in general it felt that its not the hotel we booked. We would not come back.

Everything is fine! The location is very convenient, both to the station and to all attractions. The room is clean. The administrator is a very friendly girl. Thanks for the hospitality!

A fantastic hotel, with unbeatable service, the location of the hotel in the historic center, a stone's throw from the Coliseum, highly recommended, definitely a 10.

1. Great location. 2. Good job from the reception desk. 3 on the 2nd floor the Internet almost did not work. Smell in the room. I recommend it for unpretentious tourists.

It's not a hotel at all, it's a B&B, and it's very hard to find. The hygiene is terrible, the floor is very broken and dirty. There are spiders and spider webs. It smells like cigarettes, and the bedding is also gray. The windows are sealed, so you can't come. The room we booked faces the road, it's very noisy, and the windows are not soundproof. There were people yelling on the street at night. Don't stay in this hotel. Although the check-in guy helped us with the luggage, he made a mistake and asked us to move back and forth. We didn't stay the second night and went to another place, which was a big disappointment.

When I checked in on the first day, I was told that they had two locations. After I was taken there, I found that the location was good, next to the subway station. However, there was a musty smell all the time after staying there for three days. Moreover, it was not a hotel, but a B&B apartment. The room was completely different from the photos. I was very tired from traveling and was not in the mood to complain. Now I think it is really the worst accommodation in this ten-day trip.
