Absolutely fantastic, very close to Roma Termini, not too far from main attractions. Staff are wonderful and will go out of their way to make your stay exceptional. Large luxurious room will everything you need for a relaxing romantic stay in the centre of Rome.

Room almost without light from the sun , overpriced, bad service on the terrace

I went downstairs to take a call early in the morning and was sitting in the lobby. A black security guard knew I was on the phone and interrupted me to ask what my room number was and asked me to show my key card. You didn't see me coming downstairs, that's your black man's problem. This is very unpleasant. There was a power outage one night. Only sorry.

It's very close to the train station, and there are many Central Asians staying there. I don't know why, but the hotel rooms are still well equipped in Rome, mainly based on Jay Chou's MV. I'm a little disappointed, especially the service.

A large five-star hotel with more than 200 rooms, so it is standard, and there are no surprises. Junior Suite 449 with a balcony, overlooking the fountain square and the church next to it, feels pretty good. The breakfast was very good and the ingredients were great. I went to the swimming pool on the roof terrace, but unfortunately, it was closed at the end of September! Very disappointed.

The hotel I chose for my trip to Rome after the spring break in 23, the location is convenient for travel, the environment is very good, the room facilities are new and spacious, the breakfast is delicious and rich, and the service is extremely thoughtful. The staff was wonderful as was the exterior of the building. It was loud. For the money, certain things could have been cleaner upon arrival. Carpets need to be replaced.

I wish I could give this hotel 10 stars. Everything about the hotel was beyond our expectations. As soon as we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Multiple people came to say hello and ask if there was anything they could do to help make our stay more enjoyable. The hotel itself exudes luxury. The beds are super comfortable, the room is spacious, and the shower and amenities are amazing. After a long day of touring Rome, it is wonderful to back to this hotel. I also want to give a special call-out to the concierge who went above and beyond researching the VAT tax refund requirements and helping us figure out how to get the required paperwork. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. I can’t wait to come back to stay!

Nice hotel with great amenities, excellent staff services and their spa and masseuse were super . The only negative is the road noise at night although the hotel says rooms are sound proof
