The room is not big but the bathroom is spacious enough and clean. The location is very convenient. All major attractions and commercial streets are within half an hour's walk. Although the breakfast is purchased from outside, it is also rich. The surrounding environment is safe and convenient. There is no kettle.

Very nice, the reception staff are very friendly. The key to the room is also very characteristic (I've seen it for the first time anyway!). Although the reception does not look so luxurious, it is very comfortable! The room is also clean and tidy, it looks very comfortable.

This hotel is a gem. Lovely breakfast with great coffee, fresh fruit and delicious pastries and rolls and other options. Great location, a 2 minute walk to the Spanish Steps and other attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions and obtaining a taxi. The room was very quiet even in a busy city like Rome. The linens and pillows were good quality. The shower had good water pressure. Great place to stay after a busy day sightseeing.

Hôtel très bien situé. L acceuil de la réception au top. Je me suis rendu compte la veille de mon séjour que je m étais trompé ds les dates ,j ai téléphoné et le Monsieur de la réception a tous réglé en 10 min.J avais réservé une chambre standard et comme ce type de chambre n était plus dispo ,il m a gentillement up gradé ds une suite.le petit déjeuner est à la carte et servi à table c est super.Un grand merci aux personnels de l Hôtel. J y retournerai et je le conseille à tous.

We spent a week at Hotel Gregoriana and it was perfect for our needs. Large comfortable air conditioned room with plenty of space, well appointed with a spacious bathroom. It’s a quaint building with many of Rome’s attractions within easy walking distance. The staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. So glad to have found this gem

Great little hotel. In a prime location. 30 mins nice walk from the bus station/station . 5 mins walk Spanish Steps 10 mins walk to Fountain Very nice rooms and Decorated well. Lovely Breakfast being served not a buffet but from the menu. All the staff were amazing.
