We are happy to know you enjoyed a great location, our utmost service & and impeccable work of our staff. Since our Guests’ satisfaction is our primary goal we would like to apologize for a small inconvenience that occurred during your stay, even if we had to do utmost to resolve everything during the stay such as an immediate reaction on the issue and changing a room to a higher category on a higher floor, so you wouldn’t be bothered with a possible noises coming from a street. We are so sorry that you heard a street-singers from the outside, sometimes they might be a little loud until a late evening, yet it is never been a difficulty of our guests since we are having a soundproof windows & walls in each room, especially in a room overlooking a famous Via del Corso like yours. We are apologizing for a loud neighbors that you were having once you’ve been moved on the highest floor, please let us say that even if we are a family hotel as well, so we are more than glad to welcome either small or big family and assign a room for them nearby so they will stay connected and communicate with their loved-ones . We are hoping to welcome you again with your boys one day so we will have another chance of make your stay unforgettable and proved our proud name The 1st Roma Dolce. Regarding you kind note about the pillows, we have many different pillow types so if you would just tell us that they are not meeting your expectations – we would provide for you & Mr. Christopher a different one since we are completely flexible about our guests’ different preferences and we are always happy to satisfy every request so the stay will be wonderful from A to Z. We would also like to pay attention on your kind note about a room size that seemed small & not comfortable to move around it, please note that we have many different room categories – from a Prestige Room that has a 25m² / 269 sqft to Suite View Balcony that has a 48m²/516 sqft, so we would recommend you to choose a more spacious room to make a trip to Eternal city more comfortable. As we are already mentioned before – we would love to give us another chance and welcome you, Mrs. Anna and your husband, Mr. Christopher, again in a marvelous city of Rome and in the our Hotel so we would make everything in best order this time.
