Villa Maria Regina si è rivelata una delusione sotto molti aspetti. La posizione dell'hotel è estremamente scomoda, soprattutto per chi intende recarsi allo Stadio Olimpico o esplorare il centro di Roma, che è decisamente lontano. La camera che mi è stata assegnata era sporca e trascurata, con peli e capelli sparsi ovunque, oltre a lenzuola macchiate che davano una sensazione di scarsa igiene. Il personale dell'hotel ha contribuito a peggiorare l'esperienza con la loro scortesia. Al mio arrivo, ho dovuto aspettare ben due ore e mezza per poter effettuare il check-in, senza ricevere alcuna spiegazione o scuse per il ritardo. In sintesi, Villa Maria Regina non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative e non la consiglierei a chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole e ben posizionato a Roma.

Struttura molto comoda con parcheggio privato, personale gentile e disponibile, soprattutto la ragazza che ci ha permesso di cambiarci in una camera d’appoggio anche dopo aver effettuato il check-out. Super consigliata!

Perhaps good for those who travel by car and need an easy way to park (free parking). Equally good for big groups.
My room had no coat hanger and not even a chair; just a little stool. My legs couldn't fit under the micro desk. Bed of poor quality, more in line with what you'd expect from a 2 star hotel than a 4 star. Some communal areas at the higher floors (long corridors) are kept without heating, maybe an environmental measure? Overall the experience was ok.

Hotel situato in zona centralissima di Roma immerso nella quiete più assoluta. Personale eccellente e dotato di una spiccata professionalità. Per quanto riguarda il servizio ristorante da notare la grandissima qualità di prodotti ( di prim’ordine) e la vastità di cibi preparati attentamente e con estrema precisione e bontà! Una volta giunti all’hotel Maria regina non si sente la necessità di effettuare i pranzi presso strutture esterne in quanto la qualità la professionalità e la disponibilità del ristorante dell’albergo offre la migliore soluzione nella zona. In particolare sin dal mio arrivo sono stata seguita dal personale di sala ( Simone nella fattispecie) che con grande simpatia umiltà e passione del proprio lavoro mi ha consentito di fare un’esperienza gastronomica non indifferente gustando tutti i prodotti e la tradizione romana. Un posto magnifico in cui sicuramente ritornerò quando sono a Roma.

Horrible service in the restaurant. To start with the food was a disgrace, specially considering that you are in ROME.. You get a plate of pasta, with pasta all stuck together and over cooked. Two of the waiters were extremely rude. Always trying to kicking us out from the restaurant when the tables where empty. They don't allow you to go down in the breakfast area with a laptop, or else don't allow you to wear sandals (they claimed due to safety in case a table falls on you) We paid for breakfast but didn't allow us to take a banana with us. A waitress shouted at us for thinking that I took something in my pocket from the breakfast area and when I denied it i had to show her my pockets that they were empty and she started talking badly. Extremly BAD HORRIBLE service. The reception guys are very nice and try to help you. But the hotel in general lacks big time from everything.

Non riesco a capacitarmi di pagare 200 euro a notte per un hotel che offre una colazione di basso qualità, ha la palestra che apre alle 7 (tardi per uno che gira per affari) e solo su prenotazione, e’ posizionato in una struttura vetusta. A roma c’è molto di meglio
