The experience is not so good because of their furniture and things. Yes it was clean but not for copule friendly. I booked double bed but got two single bed. Overall receptionist was friendly..

Great service and friendly employees. The bathroom lacked some basic stuff like hairdryer or more than just one basic shampoo and soap. Great price value overall and can only recommend it.

It’s good that this place is just few steps away from Roma Termini and all the restaurants. The only downside is that, you need to give the key to the receptionist when you go out for a tour or buy things outside. Fun fact, they have elevator- the oldest kind of elevator which can fit in 2 people at a time or 2 luggages 🤭.

There is no air conditioning, the fan is broken, the facilities are very old, and the service is hard to describe. Whoever books it will regret it.

Very nice for a short stay! We stayed 4 nights in the charming little hotel and we liked it at first sight, especially the old elevator. The location is excellent, it is a 3-minute walk to Termini station and the sights (Colosseum, Trevi fountain, etc.) are also within walking distance. There are many restaurants and supermarkets in the area and the tourist buses are also close by. The negatives were the noise (which is to be expected in big cities), the bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable and the air conditioning and TV did not seem to work, as well as the lady at the breakfast buffet who cleared away the already sparse breakfast 10 minutes early and only brought the rest of the sweet pastries back after repeated reminders. All in all, the hotel is definitely recommended for a short trip, the price-performance ratio is good.

There is no air conditioning. The weather is nearly 40 degrees. The room is like an oven. The fan is useless. There is no hair dryer in the room. The soundproofing is very poor. And the tax can only be paid in cash? Other hotels can pay by credit card. It was a very bad experience. I will not come again.

I just like the location The room I booked was very old. The soundproofing is not good. I can hear laughter from the room next door, chatting outside, and cars driving around. I can even hear the tram passing by. The shower booth is too narrow...and the water pressure is weak... There were bugs in the morning. I caught two. Is it empty? ㅠㅠ

Acceptable quality/price ratio for standards without too many pretensions. Very large hotel, but in need of renovation.

The location of the hotel is very good, it only takes about 2 minutes to walk from the train station to the hotel, and there are also different means of transportation such as buses, subways, trams, etc., which is convenient for us to go to famous attractions in Rome. Unfortunately, The toilet in the room is not very clean, we saw cockroaches in the toilet for two consecutive days.
