Very recommended place, clean, very secured, the host is so friendly and the place next to central station, supermarkets, cafe, bakery, resturants and city center Very nice private terrace and other shared terrace. We went there on December/January me and my husband and we liked the place so much everything you need for nice trip in Rome but there was some noise from the street but it went out after 12

It is located very close to Termini Station, so it is very convenient for walking and using public transportation. It is a bit noisy as there are restaurants and trams passing by, so it is not recommended for those who are sensitive to surrounding noise. Other than that, it's overall clean, the staff are friendly, and the location is great, so I'll choose it again the next time I visit Rome.

The room was very clean and the location was great. But the water flow from the shower head hurts my skin very much

It's a guest house, not a hotel. But that shouldn't discourage you. The accommodation is beautiful, clean, and the location is for every recommendation. Accommodation is 400m from termini station. You can reach the Colosseum, Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi by foot, if you have comfortable shoes. The room we were in was small but comfortable. From the room you come out to a beautiful flower-decorated terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The bed is tougher, but comfortable.

Stayed for 5 nights. Self check in was really easy and the process was communicated perfectly by reception staff via WhatsApp before we arrived. Location is ideal and can get a bus from ciampino to Roma Termini for €7 each which is 5 minutes walk then to the apartment. Transport links are there but often quicker just to walk. Booked via *********** and tried my luck when booking by asking for a room that went out onto the terrace, got a reply to say this had been agreed then wasn’t on arrival but this was not an issue at all. Tram line goes past the door outside, didn’t bother us much as we were always knackered from a busy day but ear plugs are provided. Staff on check in were helpful when needed, room was cleaned after 2 nights. Nearby to some lovely restaurants and chilled bars just a short walk away. Great stay, would recommend and would stay again.

The best part of our stay was the terrace. It is beautiful with lots of pretty plants that shield you from the noise and busyness of the city. Our room opened onto the terrace and we loved that. Sitting out there having breakfast or a drink at the end of the day provided a nice place to relax. Other reviewers have noted the noise from the trams. That's true but I found closed windows and the ear plugs they provided were enough to keep our room quiet. They also have blackout curtains to keep the room nice and dark. As others have noted, this hotel is close to the train station which is super practical, but train stations are never located in the nicest neighbourhoods so don't expect any gorgeous statutes or ruins. Having said that, we never felt unsafe in this neighbourhood and it has everything you could ever need. Again that terrace offers lovely respite in a hot and busy city.

A great hotel, serviced daily, rooms are comfortable and spacious, bathroom is neat and clean. Its close to Roma Termini and many restaurants, and also close to the major tourist sites. The hosts are friendly and helpful, and check in/out was a breeze. We had a great stay

Although the self check in worked well and the Bed was comfortable, unfortunately they are the only good points we found. It is very "tired" with cracked tiles in the bathroom which I kept hurting my toes on. There was so much noise on the 1st night we did not get much sleep – the trams ran really late and started really early, the cleaners we not very quiet and were vacuuming around 08:30, the “breakfast area was directly outside of our door and the person setting up / the other guests made no attempt to be quiet in the morning. We are not early risers when on holiday so found this quite frustrating. There was a note that we could get some ear plugs, but they were not available on the first night as reception was not open, it would have been better to supply these in the room if the guests are getting there when reception is closed. There is very little in the way of storage space, it is ok if you are staying for just 1 or 2 nights, however if you stay longer it is hard to find anywhere to put anything – especially in the bathroom. The room was quite cold – there was a heater but it was behind a heavy curtain (no heat got into the room). The TV worked intermittently at best. There was tea & coffee supplied but no milk. Getting into the shower was a mission. It was situated behind the toilet which meant you could not place the floor mat in front of it or access the door very easily. The door was a “corner” opening one which is probably ok to get in and out of if you are less than 30cm wide and have no other issues, for a person who is a little overweight and has difficulty in accessing small spaces due to back problems it was not very user friendly. The hot water was only just warm enough on some days to have a shower, other days it was rather cool. I am not sure what made this a “superior” room – the only things that it appears to say it has that the other rooms don’t is the access to the patio directly from the room (not worth the extra cost), mini-bar (there was none) & tea/coffee making (no milk supplied)

Very well located hotel. 200 meters from the train terminal. Clean, comfortable and spacious. What is criticizable, the internet is very bad, and the famous terraces, although they are for shared use, when they sell them it would seem that they are individual.
