Colazione Al Vaticano Guest House

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IN THIS ACCOMMODATION. Our flight was delayed and we couldn't arrive before 7:00 p.m. to check in on time. When contacting the accommodation, the first response automatically was "we can't do anything, check-in is until 5:00 p.m.". We have checked on other platforms and the established time was the same, until 7:00 p.m. They didn't give us any alternative or option, not even a "I'm sorry to tell you that...". We offered to move and pick up the keys anywhere. They told us things like: "We should take care of the tone with which we spoke", "We should enjoy walking around Rome that night", "That way we would learn our lesson" among other very unfortunate things. We had 2 paid nights, and despite the treatment we were receiving and losing the 1 night, when we showed interest in enjoying the 2 night, they told us that "according to their policies, if you did not check in on time the reservation was completely annulled". Not even on its own website, on trip, or on any other platform is this information collected. I have traveled all over the world and the first time this has happened to me. DO NOT BOOK IN THIS ACCOMMODATION!

Very good location to visit the Vatican City (＜10 min walk); accommodation a few minutes from Rome Saint Pierre station - opening the window in the evening you can hear the trains passing but nothing very disturbing. The room is generally clean but there is no cleaning service during the stay. Fairly basic equipment: air conditioning and hairdryer in the room. It’s a bit of a shame for an aparthotel not to offer more equipment in the event of a long stay (steamer, washing machine, etc.)

It took me quite a while to find the location of the hotel. I found the location of the building on Google maps, but I didn't know the hotel room number. I had to press the bell next to the door to get into the building, and it would have been nice to have been told this in advance.

Posto molto pulito,personale gentilissimo a pochi passi dalla Basilica di San Pietro.

Dirty bathroom and bedroom. Shared a small bathroom with 5 other rooms and was not washed for 4 days. Good location as the only plus.

Convenient location to San Pietro and public transport (bus and train), quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

He left us on the street with the reservation paid, hung up the phone on us and told us to see it directly with Booking who also washed their hands of it, a shame and certainly scammers!!!!! This site cannot continue to function normally.

First of all, a big thank you to Alexia who watches over the travelers with kindness and who gives them a lot of help. Then, the establishment is very well located, a few minutes walk from the Vatican and opposite the "Roma Stazione San Pietro" train station. It's clean, the bed is comfortable and wide. It's perfect for visitors who don't want to stay in a hotel and visit Rome from morning to evening.
