Lovely, family-run hotel. Very friendly and warm. Excellent location, bus 85 which is a very short walk from the hotel takes you to central Rome. There are also 2 Metro stations within a reasonable walking distance. The family makes you feel welcome, a very lovely, elderly lady keeps everything very clean and tidy. Things to note, the toilet and shower are not in the room, they are private to you but you need to walk through the communal hall (which you share with the other 2 rooms, the hall isn't big); the room doesn't have a kettle. A small inconvenience for a great location and reasonable price. I would stay there again.

Une maison familiale très bien située pour visiter Rome. Les chambres sont spacieuses pour 2 personnes et très propres. Localisée un peu à l'écart du centre ville dans un quartier calme avec des restos à proximité. Malheureusement, vous êtes obligé de sortir de votre chambre pour aller dans la salle de bain dans le couloir. Vous pouvez entendre tout ce que font vos voisins de chambre : parler au téléphone, prendre la douche, enlever les chaussures et les balancer au sol, tirer les meubles au-dessus de votre tête ! Prévoyez les bouchons d'oreilles !

The property is in a good location a few steps from MM Lodi. The owner is kind and helpful. The room I slept in is a bit narrow and long and the single bed was comfortable but a bit small, and the television was positioned too high. There is no air conditioning. The 60s furnished bathroom with bathtub. For a B&B there is no morning breakfast. It might be fine for one night.

Muy amable la familia. Resuelve todo tipo de dudas e intenta darte consejos sobre la ciudad: precios, transporte público, bares… Si lo que buscas es dormir y asearte, es el lugar ideal. Si esperas algo más, no es tu sitio. Puntos negativos: - el baño es externo aunque privado. - las habitaciones no están silenciadas, por lo que cualquier ruido se escucha. - las puertas son demasiado antiguas y a veces hay que hacer mucha fuerza para cerrar.
