Very nice hotel, and nice staff. Located in a quiet area.

Good for business conferences, but far from city centre if you are interested in sight seeing

Overall services provided are generally as expected, no extra mileage. However, the front desk personnel Jayson was superb, lots of initiatives! Five stars for him.

Good and comfortable stay. Like the location as it is not so far from the places that we would like to visit.

It was very cold in our room and I started to get sick. We addressed this issue several times, but they did not fix it or change the room. The design and condition of the hotel is bad, the ergonomics are terrible. We also had no hot water. The food was okay.

Wonderful hotel,great location, not far away from city centre, tasty breakfast from a lot to choose.Very helpful staff.They have transfer to city centre for 5euros per person. If I will come back to Rome I would choose to stay here again. They have swimming pool and spa center.

Worth it, the location and the service was great

Slightly out of the city centre but a lovely hotel. The reception staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful, they were absolutely lovely. The pool was amazing, perfect temperature, breakfast great, the rooms nice, prices very reasonable in the restaurant etc. Hotel was very reasonably priced and I have absolutely no complaints at all, a great experience.

The Hotel is awsome. We really loved the meals and the wellness area. It is in the outer skirts of the city, but therefore it is quiet and calm. Bus stop is close. Room was excellent also.

The hotel is very clean, the view outside the window is also very good, especially the breakfast, which is particularly amazing! There are supermarkets nearby, which is convenient for shopping. Except that the location is a little off, it is more suitable for friends who drive themselves. If you don't drive, it costs about 20 euros to take an Uber to the city center. In short, it is extremely cost-effective~

Because it is not in the city center, the room area is relatively large. There is a swimming pool but it is quite crowded. If you stay for more than three days and do not clean the room, you can get a 15 euro coupon to offset the extra consumption. The attitude of the service staff is very good, very patient and enthusiastic. As for the taste of the restaurant, the online comments say that the taste is very good, but I disagree. Their evening buffet has a lot of varieties, including Chinese food, but the quality of both Western and Chinese food is not high. 35-40 euros (weekends) including drinks, the price is very cost-effective, but it feels like a large tourist hotel in China, with a lot of food but unpalatable. Personally, I prefer less but better food. Overall, it is still a good hotel.

The overall layout of the hotel is good, the room is large, and the breakfast exceeded expectations. Next time I come to Rome, this hotel will be my first choice.
