Nice Accommodation, we like it, It was very good place to stay and close to Termini.

Poor hygiene, not worth the price

Good location and environment

Unfortunately, this hotel needs a major cleanup NOW. An old mattress was left in a corridor, the air conditioning unit was out of order, and we had to sleep with an open window to remove the stuffiness of the room. The reception personnel were very attentive, and the included breakfast buffet was okay.

I stayed for several nights, but no amenities were provided. No shampoo or other amenities were provided. Breakfast was minimal, just bread and coffee. At night, the automatic doors were closed and I couldn't get into the hotel. Even if I rang the contact bell, no one came for a while, so it's not a good place to wander around late at night.

There are old elevators that require manual opening and closing of the doors. The location is excellent, very close to the train station, only 5 minutes away. Breakfast was simple but still filling. The house prices are really low. If the requirements are not high, the price/performance ratio is very high.

A good hotel well located. A little dated, but fine. I requested a double bed, but they assigned us two beds together.

I used it for the first time. The rooms are pretty clean and the front desk is nice.

It was so close to Termini Station, so it was great. The noise outside was so loud that I couldn't sleep. But the staff were friendly and the convenience provided was good.

Excellent location, friendliness and courtesy... Rooms to renovate

Hotel Old and dirty, entering it is a trip to the 50s. It is a hotel under construction so the dust is very present and the lack of hygiene makes it even more evident. Upon entering the room, I find quite obvious fingers on the mirrors, glass marks all over the table and the surprise, under the bed was the house of dust! Under the bed there were nests of dust bigger than my dog. The poor receptionist wasn't to blame and he changed our room, just as dirty, I had to clean the room myself. The shower did not work at night, a very thin trickle of water fell, it seems that it falls more or less depending on the pressure and the time of day (morning and noon is when it falls). The jewel in the crown is breakfast, if you don't eat sweets, save yourself going down because there are only croissants and a blueberry pie, the rest is a loaf of bread that, if you don't add oil and salt, you'll be fine because they only have hamburger cheese slices and cooked sausages. To get a boiled egg you had to get up at 7.30 to go in at 8 because apparently they put 3/4. I'm not asking for extreme quality or to feel at home, just some slices of normal cheese or some sausage and some cleaning (IMPORTANT!) The best thing is how beautiful it is on the outside and how close it is to the end.

Great service. Good location next to Termini station and simple but sufficient breakfast. Good grade in general.
