OC Hotel

The location is relatively remote. After all, the price is cheap. It takes about 10 minutes to take a bus to the nearest subway station. It's a bit far from the supermarket and there isn't much food nearby. There is a pizza shop next to the hotel that is very popular and there are many people eating at night. Ha ha. If you have a car, you can live there. The room is big enough. The front desk is also professional and the WiFi is pretty good.

There is a bit of traffic jam during the day, parking is convenient, not bad

Io non ho parole nel descrivere la maleducazione che ho ricevuto dalla reception di questo albergo: ho chiamato per sapere se era possibile una culla in camera poiché avevo visto disponibilità di camera su booking ma volevo parlare direttamente con loro. Un "tizio " della reception in modo frettoloso mi voleva liquidare perché " aveva sotto un'altra telefonata " e mi esortava a mandare una mail per richiedere la disponibilità e mi diceva di continuo che aveva un'altra telefonata sotto che voleva soddisfar tutti i clienti. A quel punto ho detto che anch'io ero un cliente e volevo informazioni. Alla fine ho chiuso dicendo che forse non hanno bisogno di me come cliente. Sono molto mortificata che vergogna

L’hotel è veramente molto pulito ed organizzato, il personale è di una cortesia unica e rispecchia a pieno la piacevolezza del soggiorno che vi verrà garantito. Servizio di deposito bagaglio disponibile e palestra abbastanza attrezzata. Consigliato per pulizia, cordialità e serietà!

I stayed one night for work: clean and tidy room, very courteous staff at reception and in the breakfast room, where there is a good variety of sweet and savory dishes. The location is quite far (25 minutes by bus) from the first metro station

I arrived after a long and tiring journey due to bad weather and distance, I came from La Spezia for an important interview/test on the morning of 10/25/23. I found a beautiful and well-kept structure, convenient parking... I was welcomed and looked after with great courtesy and professionalism. and kindness from Mr Stefano at the reception…. A room on the first floor, very clean and pleasant for a night before exams.... If I can say so 😊 I always had a good time thanks to the courtesy of Mr. Stefano who took me to the excellent restaurant near the hotel. The hotel was located in a truly strategic area and perfect for what I had to do. I truly had excellent assistance, friendliness, support, kindness and I spent a pleasant, peaceful night in a beautiful and comfortable clean, well-kept room! I can only be happy for this experience which, I hope, will bring me luck 🍀 for my interview and therefore to be able to return as a guest of this excellent hotel.
