Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti con il mio ragazzo . Devo dire che non ho nulla di negativo da dire a riguardo . La stanza era piccola ma confortevole , dotata anche di termosifoni (anche in bagno) che riscaldavano perfettamente tutto lo spazio . Anche il ragazzo che ci ha accolti è stato molto simpatico e ci ha consigliato sia come muoverci sia dove andare a mangiare . Sicuramente una bella esperienza e consiglio a chiunque voglia alloggiare in una buona posizione , a 5 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo

I made a reservation, and when I contacted the host, I was assured that I could cancel and receive a refund. However, later I was told that cancellation was not possible, and the person I spoke to was extremely rude. This experience wasted my time and caused significant inconvenience. It’s disappointing that a platform like allows such unprofessional hosts. Customer satisfaction clearly doesn’t matter to this business!

Abbiamo prenotato il nostro soggiorno online, basandoci sulle fotografie del sito. Siamo arrivati E fare il check-in è stato complicato, nessuno rispondeva al citofono, la signora delle pulizie non capiva l’italiano, in buona sostanza abbiamo aspettato circa 40 minuti per avere la camera. La camera è esageratamente vecchia, malconcia, Grosse macchie di muffa nel bagno, lenzuola e asciugamani sporchi del trucco del precedente ospite, mancava il frigo nonostante ci fosse il mobiletto ma evidentemente vuoto, no TV. Nel letto aggiuntivo (che ci serviva) mancava il cuscino. Per tutte le sere della nostra permanenza fino alle ore 22:30 / 23 i gestori montavano mobili e martellavano muri nella stanza accanto alla nostra. Wi-Fi a pagamento per il costo di tre euro, il telefono non prende né come connessione né come linea telefonica in nessun ambiente della struttura. L’ascensore in realtà è un montacarichi e almeno una volta al giorno sentivamo l’allarme di qualcuno bloccato dentro. Abbiamo speso 140 € a notte per stare in una situazione ai limiti dell’abitabilità. La nota positiva è la zona che è veramente buona. Il personale simpatico e gentile ma non tornerei per nessun motivo in questo affittacamere.

A great place to stay
An ideal location close to all main attractions. Luca was very helpful and his recommendations of where to eat and things to see were great. If you need a base that that's clean and central this is it.

Putrid
We stayed on level 2 ,we had to drag our 25kg bags to level 2 as the lift wasn’t working.We stayed 4 days and our bed linen or towels were not changed once.
The manager we saw once when we arrived by sheer luck so we couldn’t confront him about the issues. Our room also smelled of cat piss .Terrible room , service and conditions,hardly suitable for hire.

Small but good
Good place to stay for a short city trip. Great location, check-in was smooth, and room was small and basic, but clean.
The only major problem is the lack of any kind of noise isolation to the corridor. You can hear every word and every step outside, including loud Americans at 6 AM.

Hotellet ligger perfekt till i läge om man vill göra utflykter i centrala rom.
Mat butiker,restauranger, apotek, allt finns på samma gata där du bor. Rummet däremot är trångt,hård madrass,lyhört,saknar vattenkokare,men rent.

Stay if you are desperate for cheap accommodation
Cheap accommodation with bathrooms.
5 mins to coliseum. Plenty of buses to everywhere. Good and cheap food just across the street. Good water pressure in the bathroom.
Check in is easy. The crew was waiting for us to ring the bell at the main door. Room was big.
Soft bed. Not to our liking. Noisy and busy surrounding. Lousy sound proofing. Couldn’t sleep at night/keep waking up intermittently. Terrible toilet spaces. I’m not sure if Italian are this small. I will upload a pic for this Smurf shower.
