We originally booked other hotels, but Ctrip informed us that there were no rooms available. We changed to this hotel. The price difference for 2 nights was more than 2,000, but Ctrip subsidized us. The hotel is located next to the train station. Hotels in Rome are too expensive. Sorry, it’s hard to find a cost-effective one. Thumbs up to Ctrip for first-class service!

OK sides: kindness of the host, comfortable mattresses. Negative sides: cold water, bathroom full of mold on walls and tiles, horrible toilet brush, no bidet, 20 year old hairdryer, hot after 1 minute of use, it goes off due to the old German plug that comes off, old air conditioning works poorly, radiators don't work, 4 towels the first 2 days then 1 towel disappeared, 2 were changed and the fourth wasn't changed. Hot water was only present for 4 minutes a day, since there were three of us taking turns showering, 2 people always had cold water. Also, having stayed in February, we hoped for decent heating and instead, as written before, the air conditioning that already worked poorly stopped working completely on the third day (stay of almost 5 days). Bathrooms full of limescale, noisy toilet flush, hairdryer too. Exposed electrical cables above the TV and in the bathroom. Horrible bed blanket. I took pictures of everything. I would not go back despite the kindness of the host.

posizionata vicino alla stazione Termini, luogo esterno al palazzo tranquillo alla notte. affittacamere sono sempre stati gentilissimi e sono stati anche attenti alla pulizia della camera che comunque è stata restaurata di recente i cui unici difetti sono bagno piccolo e porta che non essendo blindata non insonorizza la camera. i problemi per cui ho messo 2 stelle sono che c'è un problema con un tubo dell'acqua all'esterno della camera che provoca un rumore abbastanza forte e molto fastidioso impedendo di dormire. alla richiesta di cambiare stanza ci è stata fatta vedere l'unica camera libera che purtroppo non è stata restaurata e aveva un bagno ancora più piccolo che abbiamo deciso di rifiutare e restare dove eravamo. se verrà risolto il problema del rumore la mia recensione potrà essere considerata un 4 su 5

Mi hanno annullato la prenotazione due ore prima del mio arrivo, mi hanno rifilato una camera singola, ma eravamo due hanno raddoppiato il prezzo,. Colazione inesistente (meno male) Servizio cortesia inesistente. Asciugamani neanche l’ombra. Pulizia fatta almeno 10anni fa! Ciliegina sulla torta 8 € deposito bagaglio , ovviamente tutto questo rigorosamente in nero, da denuncia!

Alquilamos por Despegar después de buscar opciones, el lugar ofrecía como su nombre lo indica claramente desayuno o al menos servicio de cafetería de cortesía. Nada de eso estuvo. Bien ubicado cerca de la estación de Termini, el lugar es bastante particular y si bien se dice que la zona es peligrosa nunca tuvimos problemas. Al llegar nadie respondió al llamado pero una vez que entramos al inmueble que cuenta con varios B&B ubicamos al encargado del lugar. No volveríamos.
