Terrible experience! First of all, this hotel doesn’t have a front desk. We had to walk 10 minutes to another hotel’s front desk to check in, which was very inconvenient. Their booking site clearly stated that they provide a kettle, but there wasn’t one in the room. When I called the first time, they promised to deliver it the next morning. However, by the afternoon of the next day, there was still no kettle. I called again, and this time they told me that their hotel does not provide kettles. This is absolutely ridiculous and dishonest. Overall, this was a very poor stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Key had to be collected from someone else

Hotel was an annexe building - key had to be collected from a different hotel about 10 minutes walk away. I was given the key and a map - then discovered that reception had given me the wrong address and there was another annexe building, eventually found it, then got into the room and they had given me a single bed room when I had booked a double so had to walk back to the 1st hotel again to ask them to change it. Was very inconvenient. However staff were pleasant enough and the room was in an excellent location if not a little small.

This room has no air conditioning!!! And the elevator doesn't stop, you have to carry your luggage up!!! When you enter the room, you ask why there is a fan, and later you find out that this is the reason... . . . . .

The hotel is located in a historic, beautiful building, very close to the center and safe. The room needs to be renovated, because both paint and walls need it. The bathroom is large, but unfortunately here too it would be right to fix things that don't work properly.

Rooms are cleaned every day around 13:00 and towels are changed. I did not see any problems in terms of cleanliness. The hotel is in a very central location. There are restaurants such as McDonald's, Burger King, bars and supermarkets on the street where it is located. You have the opportunity to go anywhere in the city with the buses passing through the street and the metro at the beginning of the street (200m). You can enter the hotel through 2 external doors. There is no problem in terms of security. There is no reception in the hotel. Check-in and check-out are made from the hotel called Golden Tulip Rome Piram, which is 300m away from the hotel. The reception ***et is helpful and they speak English. There is a ventilation system in the room and it works very effectively. While there was a small TV in my room, my friends had a large TV in their room. There is no balcony in the room. That's why there is no smoking inside. There are safes in the rooms and you can use them. Toilet and shower ***et new, large and clean. There is wifi. The only deficiency in the rooms was that there was no closet for clothes. There is a hanger, but there are 3 hangers. Increasing the number of hangers will compensate for the only shortcoming of the hotel.

The room is very small near the Rome train station, and the price is very high. The check-in place is not at the check-in front desk, but on another street. There is no staff to lead you to the room's toilet, which is also close to the bed, making people feel very rushed. The cost performance is really very poor

We knew how to check into another hotel, 500m away, in advance, so there were no problems, just on the way from the station, first the hotel where we needed to register and get the keys, and then we arrived at the one where we were staying. Conveniently 20 minutes straight to the Spanish Steps or the Trevi Fountain. There is a refrigerator and a capsule coffee machine, although the capsules were not always replenished. No kettle. The air conditioner didn't work, we didn't need it, but it blinked constantly, making it not very pleasant to sleep at night. The TV also didn’t work, maybe the batteries in the remote control were dead, they didn’t specify. The window does not close well, at night it opened on its own, I had to get up to close it

It's terrible. 1000 yuan a night, no reception. After arriving at the hotel, we were informed that we had to check in at another hotel one kilometer away. I won't go into details about other facilities. The room was very dirty.

Overall, I found it successful and clean for its price. Location was good too.

Good location and everything clean! The only thing I didn't like is that I was not informed that I had to check in at another hotel! Otherwise I recommend it!!

Good little hotel Sufficient room for a stay to visit the beautiful city of Rome... Close to beautiful monuments such as the Coliseum (17min walk), the Trevi Fountain (13min walk) and the Vatican (Metro and approximately 27min walk) There are also plenty of small restaurants nearby and a great pub on the street.

Location is great, facilities too. However, it would have been nice if you were informed in the automatically generated check-in reminder or in the booking confirmation or any other email that this hotel does not have its own reception, but that you are responsible for checking in You have to go to the Golden Tulip Hotel, which is 10 minutes away. It is here in the information, but I had overlooked it or forgotten it at the time of our arrival. Despite this small glitch at the beginning, a great hotel!
