The worst hotel in which we have ever been We were at their hotel in January 2023 The staff is very unpleasant, especially the young lady with blond hair that works as a receptionist in the morning. She is very rude and totally unpleasant. She should be fired immediately. Maybe the hotel owners do not know and do not understand that it is a very bad presentation of their hotel to the customers She has the courage to ask customers if they are angry at a time when she has to show kindness to them because is because of them she works and provides her incomes. We went to the hotel at 10am and when she asked for reservation name we gave her my husband's last name and at the same time the reservation confirmation as a hard copy, where the full names were She could not find the reservation by last name and after receiving the printed confirmation she said that the reservation was under my husband's first. I told her that the reservation is not under his fist name but under the name of both of us, but it doesn't matter because you have the confirmation with the full names in front of you, so you can find it in the system. Her answer was very very rude, asking me if I was angry, returning our passports and telling us that check in was at 2:30pm and to come at that time for check in. I asked her about the supervisor or the manager of the hotel and she said "I'm the supervisor here" I asked her if we could leave our bags, and she very arrogantly told us that we could, and without moving at all of her chair, she pointed to the door of a very small room to leave our bags, and she didn't even open the door of the room for courtesy We told that her behavior was not good at all and that we would leave a bad review on their website and everyone and she said 'It's ok, you can, no problem" We left and returned at 9pm,we checked in with another girl, Federica, who was very kind and we explained to her what had happened in the morning. We went up to the room and saw that there were no one use slippers, the bathroom had not been cleaned well, the window curtains were dirty, the lampshades at the head of the bed had created layers of dust, TV didn't work, no WiFi We went downstairs to look for slippers and Federica helped us with one pair, while for the other pair she said she would leave a note to the girl who was in the morning. Later we noticed that the bidet was not working and was filled with water which did not flow down and we informed Federica for whom she said repeatedly that she would leave an note to the morning girl for which, personally, starting from our experience in the morning with her, I was very sure that she would not do anything because she was too arrogant to do her job. And at the end what I expected happened, nothing was done for our requests The next morning we went down for breakfast, we saw that the breakfast was very poor, only ham, cheese and croissant.
