The hotel is a bit old and maybe needs an improvement. Pros: 1. Near the centre 2. Near to public transpo (10mins walk to tram/few steps to bus stop) 3. Famous spots are walkable. 4. Accommodating staff. 5. Daily room cleaning. Cons: 1. Old property 2. Breakfast is limited and no savory option (even omellette is not available) 3.Room Doors is too noisy and loud when closing (like you will bang it)

This hotel is located in a quiet residential green area. It is highly recommended if you would like to have a good night's sleep after travelling and working all day. The breakfast is good. The bed is very comfortable. I would say that the rooms are worth the price. The major tourist attractions can be easily accessed by a bus. It takes around half an hour to walk to the city center which wasn't much of a problem for me as I like walking.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The location is in a residential area so it's quiet but it's really far from all the attractions. We had tot ake the bus everywhere.. there is a very close bus stop tho but it wasn't convenient having to wait for buses late at night to go home. The breakfast is a disaster.. a bunch of processed cheese,biscuits and some old croissants. Very limited selection that we had to skip it one day and have breakfast somewhere else. The room is tiny! Very old fashioned and to be honest and doesn't feel like it was deep cleaned between guests. The walls had weird marks on them and the bathroom drain was very slow to drain water after the shower. I only give it 2 stars coz the checking in and out was smooth and friendly. Not worth it for the price. Wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel is located in a quiet area (parioli) reachable in about 15 minutes on foot from Termini. The rooms are modern and welcoming even if a little small (the double room for single use is fine but it would be a little difficult for two to move around). Small flaw: lack of parking (there is a small internal car park). The price is competitive (€100)

The kindness and availability of the staff, the excellent location of the structure, the cleanliness and comfort of the room, a good breakfast, the honest price, made the Roman weekend even more pleasant! We will always keep it in mind for our Roman excursions!

Good except the bathroom. Smell and flush. Otherwise good locations for everything. Good bedding, no noise from the 702, and good restaurants nearby. Speaks French and the staff are top notch after all it's still a 3 star, don't forget it. breakfast ok..

I stayed 6 nights in a double room which I later discovered was tiny, like 11 or max 12 m² including service, I say unfortunately because you won't read this info on the site. Mine was a trip for health reasons and therefore I experienced the discomfort of a small room with a step to go to the bathroom. I found the structure very dilapidated, it showed clearly visible signs of infiltration in the walls and on the false ceilings, even the smell suggested the presence of humidity on floor 0. The path to the lift leading to the bedroom floors was very labyrinthine, to be reached via 2 flights of stairs. Overall, in fact, it is not a suitable structure for reduced mobility. The furniture is dated and what is there that doesn't literally fall to the floor is fixed with ridiculous repairs (see photo). Uncomfortable bed and pillows, it was also too hot every other night. The cleanliness is poor, but I don't judge the employees, obviously they can't do better with a broom and dustpan. Imagine. Even paper willows were among the towels and in the shower stall. Furthermore, they did not have PCs for guests, in fact on a sad table in the corridor only a case and a keyboard from the 90s peeked out. Upon request we were told that it was under maintenance (perhaps on a trip to the past) Empty bar fridge in room. Finally breakfast rated 5/10

Discreet hotel, classic Italian 3 star. Terrible air conditioning, it was cold at night, but the most hateful thing is the poor cleanliness. That shouldn't be missing even in €10 hostels. Good breakfast. I leave photos for you to understand

We spent 2 nights at this establishment. The staff is very pleasant. The hotel is very well located for visiting the city. It is close to public transport. The neighborhood is pleasant and restaurants and shops are nearby. Quiet establishment. Breakfast good. The room is a little shabby but the bedding is nice.
