Raeli Hotel Lux Reviews

The Raeli hotel Lux is at walkable distance (approximate 700-800mtr) from Roma Termini station and well connected with all available transport (Train, Metro, Tram, Bus). We booked this hotel in Rome for 3 night stay with breakfast included. The lobby sitting area is well decorated with Chandelier, Sofa, etc. There is an automated vending machine for snacks and drinks in lobby area. We got our room in 2nd floor. Room is quite bigger in size and well maintained by House keeping staffs. The room has wooden style interior with 2single beds, large mirror, TV and small fridge. Shower area is very tiny with glass doors. Brekfast has a wide spread options (coffee, croissant, breads, cereals, eggs, fruits, raw slice meats, cheese, juices and many more). We loved our stay 🙂

The location of hotel is quite convenient due the fact that hotel is located only 800 meters away from the Roma Termini railway station. Hotel is a little bit outdated and toilet is definitely not want you expect for three 4 star hotel but it's clean and the price is quite reasonable. Overall it's a good hotel if you are staying a day or two before taking a flight or exploring local streets and restaurants.

This was nice hotel, close to train terminal and bus stations. Lots of t restaurant around. A value for money hotel. Could rebook in future.

The location is great very close to termini

I did not make it to this hotel. Trip.com says they are negotiating my full refund to this hotel. My bag with all our passports last Friday at the airport in Cologne while waiting for our flight bound to Rome. We were not allowed to board because of our travel documents were gone. Contacted support of trip.com immediately whrn this happened last August 4, Friday. But until today, no proper resolution. I need to get the attention of this hotel, because if they cannot refund the full amount I am requesting for a rebooking for a later date until our travel documents are fixed. I hope you treat this review a fair one because I need resolution for both parties.

Very basic for 1 nite stay

Tiny room and uncomfortable and half bed.

The room looks outdated. Though a 4 star hotel, the standard is way below other 4 star hotels I stayed in. The price is 4 star, but the quality is not.

Good value for money. Classic room.

Convenient transportation, about 15 minutes walk from Termini train station. The hotel can store luggage, the service is OK, the room is not big, the shower room is a bit cramped, there is no kettle, the single room I stayed in did not have a safe, the pillows were good, the toilet flush was installed on the wall, which was a bit unique.

The room is too small. The price of nearly 900 RMB is not worth it. It is not as good as the 100 RMB Home Inn in China. There is no kettle and no water. There is a supermarket on the main road not far away where you can buy water. The breakfast is OK, just average, and the staff is quite friendly.

The hotel is located within a 10-minute walk from Rome's Termini Station, and there are many restaurants around the hotel, making it very convenient. Termini Station is a large station, so you can use it to go anywhere, and it's also a good location for walking around Rome. The front desk staff were all kind, and the room was simple and nice. It may be difficult to open a large suitcase. I was happy that there was a bathtub in the bathroom! The elevator is a little old, but there are two elevators and it's smooth. I would like to use it again when I visit Rome again.
