If you are used to staying in Chinese hotels, don't stay here. The good thing is that the neighborhood is Chinatown and across the street is a famous gelato shop. The bad thing is that the facilities are rubbish. There is no quilt, only sheets and blankets (Italian tradition). The bed is very low quality. And you have to hand over the key when you leave.

hotel situated in a dirty and unsafe area, but the service provided by the family owners was well below standard. For example, they insisted we couldn’t leave hotel without surrendering our room keys at the front desk, even when some of us were resting in our rooms. What left me deeply offended was when a staff member shouted at me and ordered me to come down for a passport check as I was simply looking for the fire exit routes in the corridor. It was then that I realized I was under surveillance by the CCTV cameras scattered around the building.

Modest structure, but all in all acceptable, with a bizarre location in a building, with private apartments, and a small garden to cross. The structure is located in an area that is not beautiful, but full of businesses of various kinds, relatively close to Termini. The embarrassing breakfast, with the request of the managers (owners, family members) to tell you the evening before what you will consume... And they stay to check (perhaps it's keeping you company for them) while you consume the croissant and coffee. Meh...!

Located a quarter of an hour's walk from the station, the hotel is very well located. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The avenue is quite busy with a lot of noise and traffic but the double glazing does its job very well. Ideal for a short weekend, we will come back with pleasure

Made us pay a deposit twice. Were extremely rude and ******. Worst ever experience ever. Rooms smelled like they had been drenched in sanitser and were tiny. Made us wait when we checked in for 2 hours and refused to listen to the *********** person to refund our deposit.
