The service is warm and considerate, the room is comfortable, and outside, it is a Brand shop street. Awesome

The hotel is located in the city center and most of Rome's main attractions can be reached within a 20-minute walk. We stayed for 3 nights in total. The female boss at the front desk was very friendly. She gave us a map and introduced the locations of various attractions as soon as we arrived. The room furnishings are simple and tidy, and slippers and a large number of hair dryers are provided. The breakfast provided by the hotel every day is fresh, rich and delicious. We stayed in Room 1, and when we opened the large window, we had a panoramic view of the noble Italian streets. The only flaw is that the ventilation system is not very good, and the clothes that were hung up after washing were not dry at all after one night.

It's a bit surprising, very clean and comfortable. Although it is a small apartment, it is well-equipped. The room I booked has a 2-meter bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed should also be 1 meter wide, which is very suitable for families with older children! The balcony window can be opened, there is a refrigerator, a safe and a large wardrobe! Special praise for the bathroom, it is very big and spacious! Needless to say about the location, it takes 2 minutes to reach Plaza de España and 20 minutes to the Colosseum! The service is also great. First of all, the service attitude. The three waiters in succession were all very nice and enthusiastic! The second is the service quality. The room is cleaned every day and is very clean; the breakfast is freshly made and tastes good! We booked two nights because we had to catch an early flight one day and couldn't catch their normal breakfast time (8 o'clock). The little girl helped us prepare the next day's breakfast a day in advance and put it in our room (last picture).

I had an incredible experience at Maison Evelina! This boutique hotel is perfectly located in Rome, just a stone's throw away from the Spanish Steps. The cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a delightful stay. Unlike many other places in Rome, there's no late check-in charge, making the entire process seamless. The inclusive breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a variety that was both awesome and more than adequate. I was truly impressed by the overall charm and hospitality of Maison Evelina.

My family stayed here in a suite. We had requested a quiet room, as there are sensitivities to noise in the family. We were told we would get the more quiet of the two suites. Upon arrival, we found out that the suites are both in the lobby area right behind the breakfast and reception. That meant every time we opened the door, usually strangers were right outside. The walls are thin and people outside can hear everything in the room, and vice versa. Especially in the morning during breakfast, as you can imagine. There was nothing to do about the situation while we were there, already having paid, so we tried to make the most of it. There was also construction going on in the building, so coming back in the afternoon for a nice quiet time/nap was sadly out of the question. Not the properties fault, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time to plan accordingly or even find another place. Having read the reviews of the staff going above and beyond to make guests feel at home, sadly my family did not experience that. Also to note, the property is quite far from most of the main attractions in Rome, apart from the Spanish Steps, so keep that in mind as you'll be paying for a lot of transportation to get to other parts of the city, or you will be doing quite a lot of extra walking.

We stayed 10 nights in two 5 night blocks over August. We booked for ourselves and my son and his girlfriend. Check in was easy. The rooms were clean and tidy. Cool air conditioning to come back to after a day out in the heat. Nice hot showers and our sons room had a bath. We slept really well. Breakfast was freshly prepared at a time you select. the night before. Great selection of food to choose from…so delicious and great coffee! Perfect location in Rome with plenty of places to eat and shop. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maison Evelina. The hotel is nestled in an upscale area of Rome and is convenient to many good restaurants and shoppes. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious; and the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the best aspects of our stay was the daily breakfast, which was included in the price of the room. Lauren always greeted us cheerfully and prepared the most delicious, made to order breakfast each day, complete with the best cappuccinos we’ve had this entire trip. We definitely recommend Maison Evelina!

I can't say enough !! The staff in this 6 room Maison was sooooo friendly and wonderful - the rooms are unique, very clean, updated .... the breakfast was perfect and quaint and the location was amazing - close to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain ... you felt like a guest in someone's home !

I had a fantastic stay here on our recent trip Rome. The room was spacious and beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of tasty options to kickstart the day. Rein and the other staff members were friendly, helpful, and made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my entire stay. It was a great location with access to many restaurants, walking distance to the spanish steps and taxi line. Highly recommend! Great value

We stayed at Maison Evelina for three nights and I wish we could have tripled that time. This small, boutique hotel is ideally located in Rome for the seasoned traveler or the first timer -- just a couple blocks from the Spanish Steps. Needless to say, there are numerous cafes, restaurants and shops just yards away. The facility itself is clean and classy. Our room had a separate seating area and we were a lovely breakfast each morning. Even the bed was comfortable! The staff was very pleasant and very helpful. A luxury hotel at a very reasonable price. . . . Any time we are in Rome this will be the place we stay!

Travelling after 3 years one may be biased ! Maison Evelina delivers the unique experience to make one feel at home in the eternal city! Service is impeccable, comfort exactly what one expects (including sound proof doors !) spacious rooms great amenities and toiletries, attention to details and I can keep going ! Location is of course ideal. Perhaps not suited if you have young kids. Otherwise unquestionably the place to stay for serious travellers
