Strategically located in the heart of Rome, the structure is highly recommended. The rooms are spacious, clean and very nicely decorated with a modern feel that respects the historic building. The shared spaces are accomodating and well organized featuring a kitchenette for coffee and breaks. Our host was very efficient and available to give out tips and information.

If you want a relaxed stay right in the heart of Rome’s busy area this is the place for you. Spotlessly clean with great support from the manager we thoroughly enjoyed the area and exploring Rome. Great options for food and drink are nearby so you have everything right on your door

Appartamento e camere molto comode, moderne e arredate con gusto ! L'aria condizionata funziona perfettamente. Il letto è di ottima qualità e comodissimo ! Quartiere centrale con tanti ristoranti e bar, però molto tranquillo di notte. A due minuti di Piazza di Spagna, situazione perfetta per visitare il centro e per lo shopping ! Struttura gestita in maniera molto professionale da Manolo, proprietario attento disponibile e gentilissimo !!! Tutto perfetto !!! Torneremo

Host davvero gentilissimo che si è prestato ad un check in gratuito anticipato per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo soggiornato nella master suite 4, in edificio antico ma perfettamente ristrutturato con arredi moderni e ampi spazi. Le foto pubblicate corrispondono perfettamente alla realtà. Posizione spettacolare a un passo da Piazza di Spagna, da via Condotti e via del Corso e dalla metro. La location è silenziosa e tranquilla nonostante sia circondata da localini e ristoranti.

Amazing! the room, the service, the location. The best suite we could find, the treatment and the service of the manager was amazing. He’s very kind and available for everything any hour! We enjoyed our stay a there’s no doubt we come back for this suite only!

Soggiorno perfetto, camera pulita e ottima posizione nel centro storico, vicinissima alla metro Spagna ed ai principali luoghi d’interesse. Letto e cuscini comodissimi, camera dotata di tutti i comfort. Manolo, il proprietario, è stato molto accogliente e disponibile per tutto.
