Breakfast is great, offering a great variety of choice, including pastries, fresh Italian cheese, hams, eggs, cakes, fruits. Staff are friendly and could communicate well in English. Hotel is within 5 minute walking distance from Roma Termini station, providing excellent convenience for travellers. Room is well sanitized and bathroom is huge. I can even smell the bleach in the toilet.

It's great. The service is very good. We left at 6 o'clock in the morning. We were given breakfast boxes and taxi services were also provided to make our journey home smooth.

It's a pretty nice hotel near Termini Station. I think it was about 35,000 yen per night. Rome is a place where you walk a lot, so it's good to be close to the station. If you're not planning on staying in a luxury hotel, this is a good option.

Great hotel, helpful, friendly employees. They found out that it was our 40th wedding anniversary and presented us with a chilled bottle of fine champagne. For the price, I can only recommend it to everyone.

Not bad, breakfast is a la carte, the variety is enough! The coffee is also good, and you can drink it for free. It's just that the sound insulation is a bit average, after all, it's an old house! But the price/performance ratio is okay!

My family had a comfortable stay. There were 3 adults and it was an unusual structure with two rooms connected to each other. Breakfast was made to order, and the drinks and coffee were delicious. It was also nice that it was close to Termir Station.

The front desk is very welcoming. Unfortunately, I live on the first floor. It's a little noisy in the early morning. Everything else is fine.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. It is a 5 minute walk from Rome’s Termini train station and the Metro. Breakfast is included in the rate. Great for a few nights, walkable to Trevi Fountain and shopping/restaurants.

Probably the best customer service we've ever had at a hotel. From the front desk staff ( in particular the short brunette) to the kitchen staff ( all work so hard ) To the manager who came and greated us at breakfast. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. With love from Vancouver, Canada

Although the bedding was clean the room and bathroom was very run down. The room is overpriced and disappointing.Hotel reception were nice. The area around the train station is horrible, dirty and doesn't feel safe, with beggars and hawkers
