Very professional, polite and welcoming staff. The roof top probably has the best view of Rome. The location is incredible and everything was impeccable. A true gem.

The service at the Portrait Roma is terrific. The staff go out of their way to make your stay memorable. When trying to get a taxi to go to dinner, they were calling taxis, going out in the street trying to find us transportation. They even contacted several Uber drivers for us. The rooms are very modern and beautiful. The small kitchen area behind closed doors is a welcome treat. Small refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, etc were nice to have. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom bright and modern. The rooftop bar has great views of the city and a nice place to get out of the crowed streets below.

È stato tutto al di sopra delle mie aspettative. La location è in una zona strategica, perché nonostante la città sia enorme, sei vicino a luoghi incantevoli come Villa Borghese, via Margutta e piazza di Spagna. L’albergo è bello e respiri un’atmosfera di relax fin da quando varchi la soglia di entrata. Il personale del front desk è cordiale e professionale, infatti è stato in grado di darmi in tempo zero dei consigli validi su cosa fare, vedere e mangiare (!!!). Ad esempio, la trattoria che mi hanno consigliato per pranzo era ottima: vera cucina romana, prezzo onesto e con la possibilità di concludere il pasto con una fetta di torta della nonna buonissima. Concludo con una menzione speciale per la colazione: viene servita all’ultimo piano e ti siedi in una terrazza che dà direttamente su Trinità dei Monti; il servizio è superbo e i cibi sono buoni. Oltre al solito buffet standard, la politica del Portrait è quella di valorizzare i prodotti del territorio e quindi con immenso sacrificio ho assaggiato la pizza romana bianca e rossa; il maritozzo alla panna; i biscotti provenienti dal ghetto ebraico e la ricotta di mucca! La ragazza che lavora al buffet mi ha consigliato di provare l’esperienza di una vera colazione alla romana: fetta di pane abbrustolita, ricotta spalmata sopra con il miele…divina! Grazie a tutti, ragazzi e continuate così!

This is an exceptional boutique hotel for people who love beauty and elegance , attention to detail and want to feel pampered. We have stayed at the Portrait twice now and consider it our go to when visiting Rome-. It represents everything you could want in a 5 star hotel without the high drama.and crassness of some large hotels . Ferragamo owned and run, they really know how to do it and they do it so well. Beautiful rooms, tastefully fitted out , each one is slightly different. The scent of the hotel is magnificent. On the rooftop you will have the most sumptuous breakfast ever. No expense is spared to spoil their guests. Then there is the staff , all just superb at their jobs….. Honestly… you cannot go past this wonderful slice of paradise…

If you are staying in Rome and want to be pampered, this is the hotel you must stay at. From check -in to check out, the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay a dream. Car valet, breakfast and room amenities were all outstanding and the hotel is steps from Hermes, Ferragamo and the Spanish Steps!. Well worth the money!! Nothing short of amazing!

Portrait Hotel Roma is a delightful luxury boutique hotel run by Lungarno Collection (Ferragamo). Excellent location adjacent to upscale shopping on Via Condotti. Our suite was gorgeous, contemporary and elegantly appointed (as one would expect from Ferragamo)…every detail & amenity well conceived & executed. The rooftop bar/restaurant had a beautiful view. The concierge staff was excellent…very welcoming and helpful in arranging drivers, tours and dinner reservations. Five-Star all the way!
