Its good place . Good staff evwrything was availbale..near the main station

Overall okay. It's just that in our one room (quad room) it wasn't time to check out yet but the linen, towels and so on had already been cleaned or taken out. This means entering a room without permission.

The guy and grandpa at the front desk were really nice. They could help print paper tickets for free. Although there was a problem with the mailbox, which took a long time to transfer the file, the guy was very patient and thought of various ways to print tickets for us.

The location ***et is good. 3-5 minutes walking distance to Roma Termini. 20 minutes walking distance to the Colosseum. The employees seem interested when you have work to do. The first room they gave us was very bad. Not in the sense of cleanliness. The room is a coal shed-like room in the basement (316). We changed it the next day. The facilities are limited and everything is old. It transmits a lot of sound from other rooms, the corridor or the outside. Pray that you don't have noisy neighbors. The heating starts to come on after 18.00. I can say that we did not have any heating problems at the end of January.

The toilet button was broken and a small amount of water was constantly flowing. As a result, I had a hard time using the toilet. I can't recommend it highly enough. However, I think the access is very good.

Overall a good hotel. Breakfast: coffee, croissant, jams. The staff is responsive to requests, everything they asked for was done. The location is very convenient, Roma Termini train station is a 5-minute walk, there are many grocery supermarkets and cafes nearby.

A terrible semblance of a hotel, except for the location there are no advantages. Very old without proper repairs, we almost got stuck in the elevator, apparently it is not particularly maintained either, the beds are very hard and creaky, the pillows are uncomfortable. The audibility is very high, in the morning you wake up with a clear feeling that there are people walking and talking loudly in your room. The bathroom is a separate minus: firstly, the toilet is located right in the shower and all the water from the watering can ends up on it, secondly, while you wait for hot water, the cancer will whistle on the mountain, thirdly, to flush the toilet you need to wait, because one portion of water is nothing does not wash off, fourthly, there is no latch in the bathroom. The furniture in the room is old and shabby, plus it is inconveniently located, so after staying in this hotel you will be left with bruises. The sockets are old. By the way, when you first enter the room, you will smell the toilet (sewage). In general, the only advantage is the location.

Not bad in terms of quality and price, but the shower in the toilet… it's not good.

Breakfast failure

The location of the hotel is within walking distance to historical places. Very close to the train and bus terminal. Their breakfasts are the best. Number one for price and performance
