The first impression was - terrible, a very small room, the bed/pillows are not the most comfortable, there is too little space, there is nowhere to put a suitcase, there is nowhere to put the breakfast tray, the breakfast itself is purely Italian (lots of bread, croissants, jams, yoghurts and coffee), but I want scrambled eggs and sausage. The shower in the bathroom is just for gnomes, I don’t know how my husband washed himself there, but I, a little girl, could barely fit in there.
Also in the morning there is constant noise, because... The reception is located right next to the room, you can hear everything.
But!!! There are such amazing people who work there, very kind and nice! and also a super location next to Piazza Navona.
Therefore, I simply cannot write a bad review, because when booking I knew that this was not a luxury hotel, but a weak three-room hotel.
In general, I want to say thank you to the girl at the reception (in my opinion, she is the main one there), she is simply fantastic!

Positivo la posizione vicino a Piazza Navona, letto comodo, stanza ampia, bagno ampiocolazione in camera e servizio accoglienza gentilissimo.
Negativo colazione scarsa forte, presa penso sotto la struttura, bagno con muffa, doccia che spara acqua dappertutto, rubinetto che perde (poco), mobili rovinati, frigorifero piccolissimo, sopra finestra tutto l'intonaco tolto e cadente, rumore fastidiodo che proviene dal quadro elettrico (l'ho spento alle 5 del mattino), di tutto ho le foto e l'audio.

La posizione è ottima, sono camere dotate di ingressi indipendenti in palazzi ubicato vicino alla reception. Colazione è dignitosa ti portano quello che richiedi non aspettatevi colazioni continentali ma basiche all'italiana. Eravamo 3 mamme con 3 bimbe di 11 anni, scelto perché è vicino a tutto, siamo uscite anche la sera in tranquillità. Consigliatissimo

Location is great and our host was very friendly and helpful. Our actual room was small and up stairs but you pay for the location. So close to everywhere we wanted to be.

Staff was friendly, helpful. Hotel is located near all the famous tourist places to visit Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, the Coliseum. Great places to eat within short walking distance.

Perfect location!!!!! It was the best. A few steps away from castel san Angelo, piazza navona, pantheon and trevi. Everything was so close. Lots of cute restaurants around. We went to Lagana restaurant 2 times cause food was great. Went to 2 rooftops, Borromini and the best one was 9hotel Cesari.
Staff of the hotel was super friendly, but check-in was confusing. Breakfast is included, it was great, i just feel i needed some fruits though.... bread everyone morning. It was really good and great coffee.
My only downfall for this place: the very strong perfum smell when we checked in. I had to have the windows and ac open to aerate. And still. Took days to get rid of. Plus, the hotel burns incent, probably to get rid of bad odours and people smoking. If you like incent you'll be happy. But even my partner made comments on it. It was quite intense.
Would definitely stay again anyways!!!! Because of how the location and conveniency of the place.
