Really a pleasant stay in this hotel. Friendly staff in the information desk, nice breakfast buffet, the room is spacious and clean.

The hotel is located close to the Vatican, yet quiet and prosperous. There is a bus stop not far away. The room is a suite and the space is large enough, but the decoration is a bit old and the light switch is not convenient. The service attitude is also good, and there is also an airport drop-off service at your own expense, which is a Mercedes-Benz car.

Although it is a bit far from major tourist attractions except the Vatican, I was satisfied with the location as it was easily accessible by public transportation. First of all, the surrounding area was quiet and clean, so the safety was good, and since it was a large hotel, the rooms were large and very clean!

Very few hotels in Europe provide slippers and toothbrushes, but this hotel prepared them very thoughtfully. The location of the hotel is very good. It is right next to the Vatican. There is also a castle nearby. It is not far from the Colosseum and other attractions. There are many restaurants and coffee shops around. It is highly recommended.

Convenient travel, friendly service, as long as you don't mind the high cost, the hotel has its own parking lot, parking is also very convenient

The location is great for walking between the center of Rome and the Vatican. Breakfast is also great for the price. However, the bathroom shower facility is a bit inconvenient and the staff's service is uneven, so it can be a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is relatively close to the Vatican City and Angel Castle, a 10-minute walk. There are many shops and restaurants in the streets near the hotel, as well as supermarkets, which is convenient. Room facilities apply. The breakfast is good, the food is complete, and the food is replenished in a timely manner.

I stayed here for 5 nights because I wanted to go to the Vatican for a night walk. The location is very close to Castel Sant'Angelo, 10-15 minutes to the Vatican, and 10 minutes to Lepanto station. If you go to the main street (Via Cola di Rienzo), it will be crowded, but the area around the hotel is quiet. The bus from the airport stops near the hotel (vatican stop). At check-in, we were assigned a terrace room with a view of St. Peter's Basilica. All the staff will greet you pleasantly. The rooms are very spacious and the air conditioning works well. Cleanliness, etc. is a four-star average. Amenity was prepared one way, and there were slippers and bathrobe, too. I personally didn't like the quality of the shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was especially rich with fresh juices. The bad point is that there was only one day at the breakfast venue where I thought the washing was not easy because there was lipstick left on the washed cup.

Service is average

Overall this was an excellent stay. Location is great and there is a small market right at the corner as well as a couple of restaurants that stay open late. Staff was great and very friendly. The front desk person that checked us in noticed that it was my girlfriend’s birthday and sent up a cake with a handwritten birthday card from the general manager. We included the breakfast option and overall it was worth it. Plenty of breads, pastries, cereal, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, bacon and sausage. Also coffee/espresso machines and fresh juices. Walkable to almost everything. Pantheon was about a 20 minute walk, castle st Angelo was a 12-15 min walk, Vatican Museums was about a 12-15 min walk, Colosseum was about a 40-45 min walk, Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain was about a 25 min walk. All in all major sites/attractions are walkable. Area is safe and quiet. Takes about 35-50 min (depending on time of day) to get to/from airport. Rooms are spacious and close to American standards (seems like room size and bed size is generally small in Europe). I would recommend and stay again at this hotel in the future.

Nice location. We walk to everywhere from there. The neighborhood was our favorite. Neat facilities and friendly staff. Btw, walk means walkable not close, is around 5 km to center Rome and 1 km to Vatican but it's worth it!

Friedly staffs, beautiful hotel, and delicious breakfast. Walking distance to Batican. I'll stay here again
