this is not a 4-star hotel.
1 they checked me in about an hour - I booked and came straight away, but at the reception they told me that I had to wait 1 hour!!!! until the information entered their system!
2 the air conditioners don't work in 38 degree heat in Rome!!!
3 the Internet doesn't work!!!
4 at breakfast they give rotten corn!!! and in general the breakfast is extremely poor!
5 very small shower cabin!
conclusion I don't recommend
but it's really close to the train station, it's really a 1 minute walk to it
opposite there is a big and cheap supermarket

All perfect. Service very good but the sink drains stunk up the room. But that's the only downside... they would have to review it.

The structure is close to the Termini station and therefore very convenient .. the young lady I don't know if Chinese or Japanese at the reception very rude .... and very abrupt in responding .... the room full of dust .... for what I paid 300 euros for one night ... not worth it .... NOT RECOMMENDED .... VERY NOT RECOMMENDED

Hotel fuori dalla stazione Termini. Ottima pulizia delle camere. Colazione molto varia sia dolce che salata. Punto strategico per prendere la metropolitana. Le finestre sono poco insonorizzate. Servizio ottimo. L’unica pecca è che guardando fuori si vedono tanti clochards.

Excellent location by the main railway station. Friendly service. Room small but it had everything needed. Good breakfast which was served on the upper floor where was also a small terrace.
