The service at this hotel was far above expectations. The staff especially Guest Relations, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. Everything about our stay was superior from our upgraded suite to morning breakfast. All staff were so friendly and prepared to make our stay even better. Will for sure highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family and will stay again if our travels finds us in Rome. Thank you

Great hotel in the center of Rome. Nearby is the Villa Borghese park, close to all attractions. Nearby is a metro station and a grocery store (50 meters). Good mattresses and pillows. Park view rooms are the best.

Hotel in the city center, the room is not too big, very clean, and the service is very good. After checking in, I found that the room was smaller than expected and asked to change rooms. The front desk of the hotel was very helpful and showed us 4 different room types. Finally, I added 120 euros/night and got a large suite.

Okay, okay, okay. The fire alarm broke out at night and I was shocked.

The hotel is located on a ring road, the entrance is strange, you have to go down -2 floors to see the reception desk hidden behind the counter, hello, very quiet, almost torn apart, in short, you are welcome, just love this place. The room has all the comforts of the NH chain, but no charm. The details even highlight the negligence in cleaning. The breakfast is absolutely nothing special, always under the -2 glass roof. But the space is too big, we eat in a big station hall. The buffet is behind the plexiglass wall, and the waiter serves you scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. It makes no difference, do it once every 3 days, otherwise it will be boring. Advice: Don't take anything from the refrigerator, it is too expensive, like a small bottle of water for 3 euros. The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per day. interest? Not far from Villa Borghese and Medicis. Although the bus is well connected to the center, you should go to sleep elsewhere.

We had a great stay. Rooms are pretty small but we were able to get adjoining. (All rooms in Roma are small). Our only issue is the room service is terrible! The dishes are not good (we tried many things due to late check in with young kids). Dishes were served cold and were just not good regardless of temperature. Cleaning staff did a great job and stocked the ‘bar’ well. The location is fantastic for families being just across from the park and not as ‘busy’ while still being walkable to the center

Excellent hotel with very nice and helpful staff. No complaints whatsoever. Definitely recommend.

Traveling from Canada. Everything with our stay was awesome! Just a couple pointers- 1. We booked a cab to the FCO airport through the hotel and were quoted a fixed price of €60. However, after dropping us, the cab driver charged us €70. 2. The hotel should bring back the simple “old style” premium rooms. The new style rooms are just a bit too overwhelming in choice of bright pink colors and mosaics.

Great family hotel, with great staff! quite varied breakfast on a good distance from Rome main landmarks and attractions - walkable or easy taxi ride both ways.

This is a lovely, well cared for and well serviced hotel in the Borgese neighborhood. The staff made a tremendous effort to arrange early room access for my family since we had young children, and the room for four worked beautifully and included two bathrooms. The furnishings were comfortable and clean, and the staff all friendly and responsive. Breakfast was delicious as well. We will certainly book here in the future.

The room photos on the booking site did not represent the hideous multi-motif room we were given. We reserved a queen family room (with a pullout bed) but got single beds. The breakfast was edible but not fresh, good, or tasty. The staff were obviously not happy to be working there. The cost of the room was very, very high compared to the value/quality. Will never stay here again. Recommend you look elsewhere.
